It also can boost moods. It is not all the villain it's made out to be. For example, it's reported that it does not cause or exacerbate hypertension or heart problems. The insomnia and jitters will actually disappear when consumed regularly or in smaller amounts.

I've noticed even melatonin and some nervine herbs and even St. John's Wort bothered me while still on "chemicals drugs" Doctors prescribed that was suppose to help bipolar. They cause overdoses also making it impossible to take both herb and medications with the same components. Remember doctors are not educated in knowing the natural end of herbs. They only parrot what was in a book or taught to them about what to take and not. (These chemical drugs will ruin your health, but government and their agencies, that always involve this poorest, sicker population, will not pay for simple coffee, herb, correct diet programs, or any natural therapies. Many cannot care nor think for themselves and would not be a candidate for getting off the chemical drug.
Don't do both, prescriptions and herbs, it will not work, you'll become agitated when trying to combine herbs and psychic drugs.

To determine you personal "caffeine cut off point." in which caffeine interferes with your sleep is different for each person. (5-6 hours before bed) I once got into a suicidal bad bi polar depression state before bedtime. It was really a bad time for me and I knew coffee would keep me awake which bipolar have a problem with anyway. I finally decided to take about 1/4 cup of coffee and went right to sleep. Remember when a bipolar normal is too low it will bring them up to a normal high because thy came from a lower place than normal population.
There is caffeine pills, and NoDoz. The chemical in coffee and tea chlorogenic acid partially dampens the effect of caffeine and so does cream. (Even with coffee) This may not be the route to go for most, but it's knowledge in case of emergency needs.

The point in doing this blog on coffee (caffeine) is to make persons who are now taking drugs for mood disorders that caffeine may be a more natural remedy for depression. Use it like a drug with much care and caution as you would any drug or herb treating it as such. You can use this herb with SKILL. Poisons: Soda Pops have nothing nutritional of any value in them. Nothing but poisons from its chemical drugs, such as sugar, artificial isolated caffeine’s and sodium and all other such chemical. Even the bad mouthed, abused, lowly, herbal Coffee's and Herbal teas taken within reason are better for our health than the acceptable Pepsi's or Coke's etc.
Caution, Too Hot To Cold Foods or Drinks: Teeth are uniquely enamel and subject to contracting and expanding with hot and cold temperatures as we eat and drink. When cracks comes to a tooth it’s because of excesses of too hot or cold temperatures (even ice cream) than sugar-decay has a way of getting into in the tooth enamel. Also, natural flora. That's why there’s so much disease in the stomach and bowel. So many are trying to bring the natural flora back with yogurt bacillus, sauerkraut, pickles, cheeses, and other fermentation's, i.e. Others don't do anything at all to bring this back. Don't eat or drink any thing into the stomach and bowel that will kill its natural flora if you want to keep good healthy body. One example is, the over run of yeast in return causes an unbalance of the bodies natural flora keeping nature in balance.
A example would be of another heat, a fever is a natural process of KILLING parasites in the body. Here's knowledge to reckon with for your particular needs.
