Vegan homemade cream cheese

Vegan homemade cream cheese
Are used to make a lot of different cheeses we had goats and we had to do something with the extra milk I also learned how to make cottage cheese and other kinds of cheese they all start the same way as this.
Sometimes we don’t have milk around nor do we want it in some cases this is a good recipe I recognize I’ve done it many times.
It would make excellent or derver s  (my spell couldn’t pick it up either) for any guest or parties. You could probably start it with any milk substitute but make sure it’s organic if you can it’s better for you and your family.

ZUCCHINI'S FULL OF PROTEIN/FIBER

Zucchini has 7.5 grams of protein per 100 calories, higher protein quality than cooked lentils which have 7.75 grams of protein per 100 calories. Not to mention, far more biophotons and hydrating water. Raw Vegans often wonder - what am I going to eat to get protein?
Yellow bell pepper has score of 86, higher than milk, and 3.7 grams of protein per 100 calories. Spinach has 12.5 grams of protein per 100 calories with score 119, way higher than milk 85. Kale has 6.6 grams of protein per 100 calories with amino acid score of 92. raw broccoli has 8.4 grams of protein per 100 calories with amino acid score of 83. Spinach, kale, broccoli kill the plant if eaten and are impossible to eat raw in large amounts due to oxalate in spinach and goitrogens for all cruciferous veggies.

Zucchini has 7.5 grams of high quality protein score 89 (higher than milk) per 100 calories and more water than tomatoes to hydrate the body, (cow milk has 5.3 grams of protein of score 85 per 100 calories - totally inferior to zucchini - almost zero biophotons and far less water/calorie), cooked lentils have 7.75 grams of protein of score 86 per 100 calories but zero biophotons and zero hydrating water, tomatoes have 5 grams of protein score 52 (so you need to eat a lot more to get some amino acids) per 100 cal. Watermelon has 2 grams of protein per 100 calories, while bananas have 1.2 grams of protein per 100 calories. Banana protein score is 62, watermelon 52, but both are very incomplete. Watermelon has more photons, hydrates more, has more protein, even adjusted for lower score, so watermelon wins among all common fruits by far for biophotons and hydration, but is inferior to tomatoes and zucchini. No other sweet non-tomato fruit comes close in water, biophoton and protein per calorie content. All fruits are way behind zucchini, which beats tomatoes big time in quality and quantity of protein and milk in quantity of protein.

Raw Zukini or Zucchini or Italian Squash has 8.3 times more lutein-zeaxanthin (2125 mcg) than carrots (256 mcg per 100 g). It has 7.5 grams of high quality protein score 89 (higher than milk) per 100 calories and more water than tomatoes to hydrate the body, (cow milk has 5.3 grams of protein of score 85 per 100 calories - totally inferior to zucchini - almost zero biophotons and far less water/calorie), cooked lentils have 7.75 grams of protein of score 86 per 100 calories but zero biophotons and zero hydrating water, tomatoes have 5 grams of protein score 52 (so you need to eat a lot more to get some amino acids) per 100 cal. Watermelon has 2 grams of protein per 100 calories, while bananas have 1.2 grams of protein per 100 calories. Banana protein score is 62, watermelon 52, but both are very incomplete. Squash has 16 calories per 100 grams, about the same as tomatoes and cucumbers (12 peeled, 15 unpeeled) - and also high aminoacid score of 89, higher than milk 85, cooked lentils 86, raw broccoli 83 (cooked broccoli is 112, much better). Lutein-zeaxanthin are the 2 main carotenoids in the human eye macula, so dietary intake is vital for eye health.

Can You Have Too Much Protein?

Zucchini (and also the Mexican and yellow squash) is one of the few vegetables with omega 3 to omega 6 ratio of about 2:1. Most veggies, also all nuts, have way more omega 6 than omega 3.For Raw Vegans zucchini has 7.5 grams of high quality protein score 89 (higher than milk) per 100 calories and more water than tomatoes to hydrate the body, (cow milk has 5.3 grams of protein of score 85 per 100 calories - totally inferior to zucchini - almost zero biophotons and far less water/calorie), cooked lentils have 7.75 grams of protein of score 86 per 100 calories but zero biophotons and zero hydrating water, tomatoes have 5 grams of protein score 52 (so you need to eat a lot more to get some amino acids) per 100 cal. No other sweet non-tomato fruit comes close in water, biophoton and protein per calorie content. Kiwi has 1.8 grams of ultra high quality protein/100 calories, amino acid score 108 (higher score than any fruit, even pineapple 81 with 1.0 grams of protein per 100 calories), but kiwi lacks water and many biophotons, the key ingredients to a dehydrated world. So, kiwi and pineapple are way better proteins than bananas, but are way behind the raw soft zucchini, which beats tomatoes big time in quality and quantity of protein.
Yellow bell pepper has score of 86, higher than milk, and 3.7 grams of protein per 100 calories. Spinach has 12.5 grams of protein per 100 calories with score 119, way higher than milk 85. HOME MADE VEGAN CHEESE METHOD

Homemade Vegan Cheese
I use to make goat cheese all the time as we had three milking goats and five children. I used rennet, lemon or vinegar for cottage cheeses making (get a book). I think they still have a vegan rennet tablet too. Check the HFS or on line if you're spoiled too. Here' are more of my vegan recipes. If you browse the local health food store and read labels of the vegan cheese you'll find they are made up using different nut. I like the almond try them first before you decide to make them. I like the taste of this one.

Make your own homemade vegan cheese using cashews, nutritional yeast, and agar powder. It's much easier than it looks!
Author:
Recipe type: Snack, Appetizer
Ingredients
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons raw cashews (no salty cooked cashews) organic is nice (no round-up on ground by law to be organic)
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1+3/4 cups plain unsweetened organic soy milk (in stores now)
  • ½ cup agar flakes (or 8 teaspoons agar powder)
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 2 tbsp yellow or white miso (has turmeric in for color flavor too)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (Or, vinegar, it will stop mold and keep fresher)
  • 3 teaspoons white truffle oil (very optional) 'hum 'mm, too expensive for most of us.
  • Chopped chives (optional) (or, your own herb)
Instructions
  1. Lightly oil 3-4 small ramekins.
  2. Using the pulse button, finely grind the cashews in a food processor (do not allow the cashews to turn into a paste). Add the nutritional yeast, onion powder, salt and garlic powder. Pulse 3 more times to blend in the spices.
  3. Combine the soy milk, agar, and oil in a heavy medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over high heat. Decrease the heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the agar is dissolved. With the food processor running, gradually pour the milk mixture through the feed tube and into the cashew mixture. Blend for 2 minutes, or until the mixture is very smooth and creamy. Blend in the miso, lemon juice, and truffle oil and chopped chives (if using). Note: if your food processor isn't very big, simply pour the cashew mixture into the saucepan and stir it vigorously for a minute or so, and then add the remaining ingredients.
  4. For grated or sliced cheese: Transfer the cheese to a container; cover and refrigerate until it is very firm, about 4 hours. Once it is firm, use a knife to gently remove the cheese from the ramekin. Grate or slice the cheese as desired.
  5. For melted cheese: Use the cheese immediately as melted cheese. To make the cheese in advance, cover and refrigerate it. When ready to use, melt it in a saucepan over medium heat until it is smooth and creamy, stirring frequently and adding more soy milk to the melted cheese to thin, if necessary.
  6. The cheese will keep for 4 days, covered and refrigerated.

It requires less hormones, stress and less insulin to digest a vegetarian diet. This should have given us the hint...more will come with the science evidence's of this diet. (read one report below.

Milk & Mortality:
I tend to do this style of diet:
During the first half of the show, physician and nutrition expert Dr. John McDougall commented on a British research study which found a diet rich in milk could have detrimental health consequences. The study found frequent milk consumption was not good for bones and doubled the risk of death, McDougall reported. People are being poisoned from fat and environmental contaminants in the food they eat and diary is at the root of it, he suggested. According to  McDougall, cow's milk is only to be consumed by calves as it causes early sexual maturation in humans as well as contributes to cancer and obesity. "It's just the wrong food for people," he said.

McDougall traced America's obesity epidemic on dietary changes which have seen an increase in consuming animal foods and oils over the last 34 years. He blamed China's increasing obese population on the country shifting from 90% rice-based diet to one filled with animal products. McDougall railed against olive oil consumption, noting it has no nutritional value and when consumed gets stored under the skin as fat. He warned about treating type 2 diabetes with medicine as a recent study found those who aggressively treated with medication were at increased risk for death, heart disease, and weight gain. McDougall recommended high calorie plants on the dinner plate.

Cancer Can be Cured in Weeks

Dr. Leonard #Coldwell study's are showing the key here is to alkaline the body in a continual way.
Their are many ways to accomplish this; one is to use my mild food (plant based) diet or vegan, or baking soda, lemons,  etc.
Let me add to this idea; if this would cure cancer that would only be the tip of the iceberg...as it would have to cleans the liver when you clean up toxic's or, make the blood clean and clear-out of parasites/fungal you would clean out disease not matter the name.

Dr.Sebi treatments for disease

Dr. #Sebi is an innovative speaker on impotence in men, who has none of American rhetoric to herb ology; back to basic's. He states their is only one disease (mucus). He eats no meat and uses fasts to cure all diseases including diabetes and cancer. His view on blood and starch, acid herbals, and don't feed us garbage to cure disease, or, use diseased (GMO)plants.
A little long so watch when you have time. It is well worth it.

VEGAN, VEGETARIAN FOOD PYRAMID

Going all raw food is not a good idea. Sure some veggies are great and will have different food values. However, some vegetables and fruits (plant, grains i.e.) need to be heated or cooked, (correctly and in "good pans.") however, to get other nutritional values is important and cannot be brought out any other way. A balance is importantin life in all things. I do like this pyramid, just skip all the raw ideas. Just a suggestion.
