Bood sugar control With low carbs high fiber

Balancing blood sugar and keeping them under control when eating foods Especially, as when substituting meat proteins or , too high carb meal or a wth as a  snack.
The hardest thing is to get blood sugar under control when you want to be more vegetarian I said more I don’t mean that you can’t have a piece of meat once in a while but the way the diabetic community want you to eat a meat every meal. That’s very offensive to me. I started protein shakes and I paid all big money for these shakes some as much s $22 with hidden sugar that even the one on YouTube professional, Wannabes, on protein shakes didn’t catch. It pays to be more be very careful When researching them and their labels lie.
If you have blood sugar problems major these can make-blood sugar worse and And there’s your
sign.
I’m finally getting my weight under control I lost 15 pounds last week I know I can’t believe it either.
You have to balance carbs with fiber and then pay attention to the calories but the balance of fiber and carbs is most important. And let’s don’t forget no sugars of any kind if possible especially those alcohol sugars.

I’m not that good at taking pictures but this is basically the photo I took I couldn’t make it smaller sorry about that. It only has 110 cal Because carbs is 11 f you Deduct 4  fiber You only have a balance of seven. This will be good for the blood sugar you get it balance the carbs by deducting the fiber if it doesn’t add up and it’s too much don’t ingested It.
You could read the rest for yourself I like this brand I buy the arm skin hair formula from them to art I get lots of hair and nail growth they are good company and you cannot find it at Walmart I don’t know why. I hope this helps
Then you have to know how to use protein shakes I like to eat my food I don’t like to live on shades however if you get a meal that is too much carbs and you need protein which this has 15 g at this to balance it out and you won’t have to get a steak. Hamburger or some other source of meat.
Another way I work at avocados one day I was eating Cheetos I gotta have Cheetos once in a while and I knew I swell up with water and I’ll be over my allotment I just happened to look on the counter and there was a avocado and I thought that has a lot of fiber so I balanced it ate the whole avocado with a Tito’s and guess what it works so now I have avocados in my house all the time balancing out when I cheat With snacks I got to be careful but U get the idea what I’m doing if there’s other foods out there that has a lot of carbs it doesn’t make any difference if it has a lot of carbs but has a lot of fiber like an avocado they balance each other out and that’s what you have to look out for if you know of other foods please add them onto this will be appreciative I know a lot of other little secrets are too but mainly I get off of that diabetic program that I have in here I don’t believe everything he says or does but he knows how to make good desserts I made a
Desert today cake in a cup that he has I was 178 and I went down to one 135 In about an hour I couldn’t believe it needless to say I’m a put the recipe in here but you can find it on You tube also.

If the principles correct use it prove it do it if not toss it.

For reference to the cake in a cup and his site:

Are used to weigh over 400 pounds I can’t afford to gain that weight back it’s hard to keep up just in case you need to know. I still got a long ways to go but I’ve lost a lot of weight keeping it off is the hardest thing I’ve done with diabetes.

Milk & Mortality:
I tend to do this style of diet:
During the first half of the show, physician and nutrition expert Dr. John McDougall commented on a British research study which found a diet rich in milk could have detrimental health consequences. The study found frequent milk consumption was not good for bones and doubled the risk of death, McDougall reported. People are being poisoned from fat and environmental contaminants in the food they eat and diary is at the root of it, he suggested. According to  McDougall, cow's milk is only to be consumed by calves as it causes early sexual maturation in humans as well as contributes to cancer and obesity. "It's just the wrong food for people," he said.

McDougall traced America's obesity epidemic on dietary changes which have seen an increase in consuming animal foods and oils over the last 34 years. He blamed China's increasing obese population on the country shifting from 90% rice-based diet to one filled with animal products. McDougall railed against olive oil consumption, noting it has no nutritional value and when consumed gets stored under the skin as fat. He warned about treating type 2 diabetes with medicine as a recent study found those who aggressively treated with medication were at increased risk for death, heart disease, and weight gain. McDougall recommended high calorie plants on the dinner plate.

The other recipe is from gluten, steitan. I made this up once. It was good and froze well.

Veggeroni made from (Seitan Pepperoni)
Dry ingredients:
1 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
3/4 teaspoon salt2
-3 teaspoons Spanish smoked paprika
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (use more for spicier pepperoni)
3/4 teaspoons mustard seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Wet ingredients:
2 tablespoons cashew butter (may substitute peanut butter or tahini)
2/3 cup water
4 tablespoons ketchup or tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1/4 teaspoon agave nectar (optional, but definitely use if you use tomato sauce)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Put the cashew butter in a smaller bowl, and slowly mix in the water. Add the remaining wet ingredients to the small bowl and blend well.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry, stirring well (use your hands if necessary). Remove from the bowl and knead for a few minutes, making sure ingredients are distributed well.
Roll into a log shape, about 7 inches long. Place the log on foil and roll it up in the foil, twisting the ends to seal.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, turning over after 45 minutes.Remove from oven and unwrap to cool.
Slice as needed and store leftovers wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge.
Notes:This fits perfectly in my toaster oven, so not to heat up the whole kitchen.I sliced it and used it as-is on pizza, pita pizza, wraps, and sandwiches, but you may want to slice it and pan-fry it to give it more of a real pepperoni feel.
