Sherm's: TOUGHER TIMES: Butter Bob Briggs has too much a animal protein

Sherm's: TOUGHER TIMES: Butter Bob Briggs has too much a animal protein:  I recently started butter bob’s Briggs  anamial protein diet. I wanna go on record that I’ve change my mind after being on it for a while. ...
I still follow some of his ideas don’t get me wrong, but too much protein is too much protein we need to keep our bodies alkaline to lose weight and be healthy. There’s another diabetic guy I follow I’ll put him in here you have to read everything and be on top of everything the more you know the better off you are. What I got from this guy I need to add more oil and fat to my diet.
This is another extreme but I could cite that I continue to visit and learn from. Does he go to far yeah but somewhere in there there’s some truth. I don’t believe in taking out beans or any grain for that matter you just need to balance it with protein.
I had a muffin from a Kodiak mix plenty of protein and fiber which you can deduct from the calories as you well know. I add Chia seeds also. By the time I got through there was very little carbs in the product then I added my fat butter and two eggs. My blood sugar was 189 in two hours later it was around 80 and at the end it was 29 which was excellent for me.
It proved to me that we can add beans and greens it’s just how we do it.
Keep your body out of the acid mode and more into the alkaline this is something neither one of these people know what to do. And you can do it with beans and greens if you know how to combine them that’s why I don’t totally agree with either one but I learn from both of the time

Low Fats or Carbs Differences in Weight-Loss

I hope you don't mind that I spend so much time on weight loss. I'm on a roll and doing good loosing weight this year, for diabetic on insulin's (fat hormones) it's extra hard. But, we still have to KEEP IT OFF! Remember to read previous post about BALANCES: of good protein's with fiber (which includes fruit/vegetables. (Herbal teas or/and Lemon water not pop) Please note: If kidney problems too much animal protein is not advisable for anyone.)
So, I'm backing up what, in some cases, and pointing out false information. The knows nothing about these new old studies, that have made weight loss worse.

Stay away from their "diabetic news" (low sugars substitutes, go with your gut feelings. Let them drink sodas and too much juices (not natural). All of lies or ignorance's (?) but, it keep government agencies and its money coming in with these studies and for a job!

Weight loss is not about low fat or low carbs: The main verdict was that there was no difference in weight loss between low-fat and high-fat diets. However, the low-fat diets fared slightly better than the low-carb diets; people had lost about 2.5 more pounds after at least a whole year. But the difference was small and the researchers did not think it would lead to any meaningful health benefits.
"We thought (comparing) low vs. high fat diets would help us identify the optimal diet, but it's clear that just focusing on how much fat is in your diet is not what is going to help address the obesity epidemic," said Dr. Deirdre Tobias, epidemiologist at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Tobias is the lead author of the study, which was published this week in The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology journal.

Add complex carbs no white over processed anything for diabetic's as they need slower releases of insulin.
And, we need rich omega oils for brain and weight issues, so keep researching
The commons bad diet types includes fads as in; low-fat diets, such as the popular high-carb diet developed by Dr. Dean Ornish, the low-carbohydrate diet, such as the popular program created by Dr. Robert Atkins, and high-fat diets, such as the Mediterranean menu, which has been shown to have health benefits in addition to weight loss.
