  8. You can also bake these in the oven which I did when I added too much liquids!   they didn’t turn out so well I just Turn them over in the oiloil and thenFinish baking themin the oven I liked him actually.
Add A complement fiber to the meal as a dessert
I’ve made egg foo yong out of this recipe

(Olive oil and butter go great together. ) Fry on Med-hot oil until crisp on both sides Careful not to burn until Golden brown holding shape together.
Drain on paper towels. If you have leftovers they don’t stay crisp in the fridge raider I have to put them in a bag paper bag so they don’t get mushy.
When I had five kids at home I never had a leftover.

OptionS; alternative recipe called for 1/4 w/w flour. Alternate or very(try some added corn muffin flour mix my daughter Likes This method.
My daughter Katie said that she made this recipe but she does not use flour she strictly uses the flaxseed meal and they like it I’ve never tried it.

For a dinner meal (optional) top with cream of chicken soup as a White sauce for gravy gravy,Sour cream Or drenched in vegans “Earth balance imitation butter”. I love this stuff
A cheese thing may add needed need protein? These are a meal within themselves they can be eaten like hamburger or alongside a meat eaters. They make a nice hamburger especially with more onion?
This recipe can be easily adapted to more vegetables just don’t get carried away the main ingredient is your squash it takes the flavor of everything else. I‘ve even even added Some left-ver 2 Tb  kale.

ZUCCHINI'S FULL OF PROTEIN/FIBER

Zucchini has 7.5 grams of protein per 100 calories, higher protein quality than cooked lentils which have 7.75 grams of protein per 100 calories. Not to mention, far more biophotons and hydrating water. Raw Vegans often wonder - what am I going to eat to get protein?
Yellow bell pepper has score of 86, higher than milk, and 3.7 grams of protein per 100 calories. Spinach has 12.5 grams of protein per 100 calories with score 119, way higher than milk 85. Kale has 6.6 grams of protein per 100 calories with amino acid score of 92. raw broccoli has 8.4 grams of protein per 100 calories with amino acid score of 83. Spinach, kale, broccoli kill the plant if eaten and are impossible to eat raw in large amounts due to oxalate in spinach and goitrogens for all cruciferous veggies.

Zucchini has 7.5 grams of high quality protein score 89 (higher than milk) per 100 calories and more water than tomatoes to hydrate the body, (cow milk has 5.3 grams of protein of score 85 per 100 calories - totally inferior to zucchini - almost zero biophotons and far less water/calorie), cooked lentils have 7.75 grams of protein of score 86 per 100 calories but zero biophotons and zero hydrating water, tomatoes have 5 grams of protein score 52 (so you need to eat a lot more to get some amino acids) per 100 cal. Watermelon has 2 grams of protein per 100 calories, while bananas have 1.2 grams of protein per 100 calories. Banana protein score is 62, watermelon 52, but both are very incomplete. Watermelon has more photons, hydrates more, has more protein, even adjusted for lower score, so watermelon wins among all common fruits by far for biophotons and hydration, but is inferior to tomatoes and zucchini. No other sweet non-tomato fruit comes close in water, biophoton and protein per calorie content. All fruits are way behind zucchini, which beats tomatoes big time in quality and quantity of protein and milk in quantity of protein.

Raw Zukini or Zucchini or Italian Squash has 8.3 times more lutein-zeaxanthin (2125 mcg) than carrots (256 mcg per 100 g). It has 7.5 grams of high quality protein score 89 (higher than milk) per 100 calories and more water than tomatoes to hydrate the body, (cow milk has 5.3 grams of protein of score 85 per 100 calories - totally inferior to zucchini - almost zero biophotons and far less water/calorie), cooked lentils have 7.75 grams of protein of score 86 per 100 calories but zero biophotons and zero hydrating water, tomatoes have 5 grams of protein score 52 (so you need to eat a lot more to get some amino acids) per 100 cal. Squash has 16 calories per 100 grams, about the same as tomatoes and cucumbers (12 peeled, 15 unpeeled) - and also high aminoacid score of 89, higher than milk 85, cooked lentils 86, raw broccoli 83 (cooked broccoli is 112, much better). Lutein-zeaxanthin are the 2 main carotenoids in the human eye macula, so dietary intake is vital for eye health.

The pectin fibers in squash help maintain a healthy blood glucose level. ► http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=62. Homogalacturonan, a squash compound, is also hypothesized to keep insulin metabolism in balance.
Can You Have Too Much Protein?

Zucchini (and also the Mexican and yellow squash) is one of the few vegetables with omega 3 to omega 6 ratio of about 2:1. Most veggies, also all nuts, have way more omega 6 than omega 3.For Raw Vegans zucchini has 7.5 grams of high quality protein score 89 (higher than milk) per 100 calories and more water than tomatoes to hydrate the body, (cow milk has 5.3 grams of protein of score 85 per 100 calories - totally inferior to zucchini - almost zero biophotons and far less water/calorie), cooked lentils have 7.75 grams of protein of score 86 per 100 calories but zero biophotons and zero hydrating water, tomatoes have 5 grams of protein score 52 (so you need to eat a lot more to get some amino acids) per 100 cal. No other sweet non-tomato fruit comes close in water, biophoton and protein per calorie content. Kiwi has 1.8 grams of ultra high quality protein/100 calories, amino acid score 108 (higher score than any fruit, even pineapple 81 with 1.0 grams of protein per 100 calories), but kiwi lacks water and many biophotons, the key ingredients to a dehydrated world. So, kiwi and pineapple are way better proteins than bananas, but are way behind the raw soft zucchini, which beats tomatoes big time in quality and quantity of protein.
Yellow bell pepper has score of 86, higher than milk, and 3.7 grams of protein per 100 calories. Spinach has 12.5 grams of protein per 100 calories with score 119, way higher than milk 85.
