12 Cases of Plague in the states

Since Apr 1 2015 a total of 12 cases of plague have been reported in seven states; Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, New Mexico, Oregon and Utah. It's being treated with anti biotic's however, their are many herbs or/and foods that take the place of drugs and an alternative.

Treat the liver, parasites and effected areas.
This is basically a garlic formula. I have several; the treat parasites as all good formulas. The name of the plague uses the same formula. The cancer formulas are such formulas too and have the same effects on liver, with parasites removal. (Make this into a Sauvé/balm and add turmeric root and/or goldenseal root.)

It doesn't matter what they've name any disease. They name it goes by maybe who discovered it, cure it or named by the big Wall Street pharmacy for insurance company's stock purposes. The name tell us where the toxin's/disease is build up, locked into its toxic wastes invading and destroying the body cells/tissues and their function's.
It's parasites will come along to clean up the debris as they, then, multiply needing more food as their young continuing to forage and move onto another weak spot. Hatching out their children is a continual problem. , use garlic with vinegar and  reverse it away.


In the peak of any disease parasites can take over the control of its victim destroying and breaking down the body taking it back to clay.
Use this formula before being around, handling any sick or, before you get sick to stay well. Ebola has been for in Africa, S. America, FL, MX, TX and NY so far.




The parasites have to be first addressed before any healing can begin. In this formula depending on its stages of progression you may have to add in herbs to the main formula (Garlic as suggested or sub. one in you area that do the same and use organic ACV)                                          
*Substitutes: If you are bleeding internally add Goldenseal root anti biotic or Cayenne both will stop bleeding. A good sub. for GS is Oregon Grape (Mahonia aquifolium) but, may cause diarrhea in some.
*LIVER: If you have any break out on the skin (which shows liver is over loaded and gobs of parasites) always use Yellow dock or Burdock. (itch spots, rashes i.e.) (You can add into this formula, or take separately. I add in goldenseal root and lobelia. (Use every day 3-4 times a day and make it up NOW!) When you'll need the formula, you maybe too sick to make it up or find the ingredients will not be in the store. Liver herb carry away the carcass from the blood, see Comfrey i.e.
(This history of this formula came from the poorer men in Europe who had burying their dead from the plagues.
They made up a garlic and vinegar decoction; took it everyday before work carry of the dead bodies. It got around that none of them died of this plague. Some say they gave away the recipe and many versions have appeared, however the basic was garlic and ACV.
 Marketers' have tried to add oils and other herbs onto this basic formula and they maybe OK, however do they understand how it worked and why. These men didn't have much. They had to be the lowest station, and poorest  burying or burn of bodies. It's also how you can tell factious formula's as they only had money for garlic and vinegar.






This formulas is one of my older one stemming from the above history. I have modernized mine as cooks/herbalist do.

OVER THE COUNTER and just plain BAD MEDICINES is out there but sometimes its the simple herbal formulas will work the best. Remember to kill any plague we have to kill its host/invader which is its parasite. Clean them out through the blood which would be the in liver and then out through the kidney/urine and bowels as they can come through any orifice and skin which is an organ.

ALTERNATIVE medicine is to make up our own. Make enough for the winter and or share with family members. It's best to do one part of the formula one day and bottle in dark bottles then do the another part the next and repeat. After you've make the formula then began to COMBINE and store in dark bottles. The ACV and Glycerin will preserve the formula. (Some us Vodka if stored for a long time, but remember the ACV is healing. Add in the honey at the end.)

Mix well the following liquid ingredients:
*8 parts apple cider vinegar (parasite, etc)
*5 parts glycerine ~Vegetable (?) or, preserve it for a longer time with Vodka/liquor
*5 parts raw honey (add last) Honey is healing and makes the medicine have a pleasant taste.


*2 parts garlic juice, fresh (see below) This is the antibiotic part. Use hot potent garlic or for children onion can be substituted. Remember the honey make it milder. I've been know to use more garlic?


*2 parts comfrey root concentrate -This is the part that cleanse the liver and you can sub with another liver herbal, listed in my blog post (Be sure to grow your own by buying root cuttings)


*1 part Wormwood concentrate -parasites (add in 1/2 cloves or 1/2 part cinnamon which will kill parasite also, if you can't get this herb.)


*1 part Lobelia leaf concentrate- calms, reduces fever, kill poison and kills off toxicity waste (I have bought the tincture on line and added a bottle in. This is important if really sic.) I will not buy a formula without it in. I sometimes have to add it in at the last minute. Directions are on the bottle. Mountain Rose Herbs, Oregon has the tincture and they have the recipe to make it too.


*1 part Marshmallow root concentrate (mucus less forming, a natural pH can Slippery elm (colon~lax...) or, sub ginger root; will aid if stomach problems)
*1 part Oak bark concentrate (parasitic)
*1 part Black walnut bark concentrate (parasitic)
*1 part Mullein leaf concentrate (Lungs need to be protected, holistic med. comfrey's will do some of this too)
*1 part Skullcap leaf concentrate (keep you calm and kill parasites)
*1 part each: Uva ursi, Hydrangea or Gravel root concentrate (it also has female and stones melting properties)



To make concentrates:
Each concentrate should be made individually.


Start by soaking the herb in enough distilled water to cover it, for four hours, over night if it is a root.
Makes one gallon: (bottle in dark smaller bottles)
After soaking, add more distilled water so that the total added equals 16 oz. water per 4 oz. of herb. Use a multiple of these amounts for larger batches. Using this amount will make approx. one gallon of Anti-Plague.


Simmer the herb on very low heat in a covered pan or double boiler for thirty minutes. Then strain the liquid into a clean stainless steel pan.
Put the liquid into a double boiler or on very low heat uncovered and simmer it down to one-fourth of the original volume (4 oz.) Only after all the ingredients have been prepared should the liquids be mixed. (Use only stainless steel pots.)



To make Garlic Juice: for the above amount use 2 1/2 lbs. of garlic - peel, blend in blender with vinegar (do not liquefy).


Let set for 3 days, shaking several times per day. Squeeze out liquid and measure. If needed add more vinegar to equal the 8 parts.



... (all parts are quoted) I've made just parts of this formula recipe and it stilled worked. Sub. where your herbs parts are missing because its not available, or in your area their are different herbs for the same purpose.

Another "liver" herb may be dandelion root i.e. That's why I explained their purposes. You do not have to come to the USA or go over-seas for their herbs. They may have the same herbs of different ones for the same purpose. God is good to all.


Last but important: If your in pain stop eating. If you do eat, don't indulge in heavy foods such as eating meat, high proteins. Best is a plant based diet especially if really sick. Remember the blood must be cleared/cleaned so toxins/parasite/cancers/ and other diseases can leave. Keep your door open. Ingesting meat will close these doors. Just watch you tongue, if its white your cleaning the lymph's/liver/blood. And you will heal of your disease if you follow directions.

Bowel: If you have diarrhea use fiber; psyllium, or 6 g. fiber bread, sunflower leaves will work, no sprays on herbs) yogurt to replace the bowel flora lost and or cheese, i.e.


If you can't do this every meal eat only one meat/protein meal and the other two vegan. And take your formula Tbs 3-4 times a day.

I love his products however they may not be organically grown as the sic needs. Check the Internet for his products already made up for the flu seasons. He's in Springville Utah and has a order line. I use the Asthma formal with has lobelia in it.
You may want to bottle your formula in dark bottles which can be purchased on the internet, (Mountain Rose Herbs), health food store and I've save all my dark bottles to have on hand for such a occasion. Then sell the formula getting back some of your cost and time and help your friends and family.

 Coffee, is an herb, should be used with more skill and purpose because it is an herb. The purpose of this page is to be more informed or educated on Coffee with or with out Caffeine. Different parts berry and stages of grounds brings out potions different for medicine uses.
Since the coffee bean is an herb and acts different with each type of roasting or in it whole raw state? It also can boost moods. It is not all the villain it has made out to be. For example, it does not cause or exacerbate hypertension or heart problems that were there in the first place.
Confused Yet. Who put out the reports? Listen to your own spirit that and give the mind control of what you should do. Listen!

The insomnia and jitters will actually disappear when consumed regularly or in smaller amounts.It works from its effects on neurotransmitters, the chemicals that regulate communication between nerve cells. Caffeine boosts the effects of the neurotransmitter dopamine and serotonin that improve moods used on THE LOW CURVE. These are the same isolated drug use while treating mental disorders! It also boosts levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that improves short - term memory. Seniors are you listening! It can be used but not "over-kill" by the elderly. However, do not use in gout or arthritic conditions as it will cause more uric acid and pain will follow especially if its too strong.

Scientist at the National Addiction Center in London studied more than 9,000 people and found that those who ingested caffeine scored higher on tests of reaction times, reasoning and memory. Other studies have shown that caffeine improves IQ test scoresAs little as, 100 mg of caffeine (4 oz. of coffee) boosts mood and memory. In addition, may need larger doses for optimal mental or physical performances. When you get jittery cut back, this means you have over dosed.
Allow 15 minutes for caffeine to kick in, and it lasts 3 or 4 hours, but this varies from each individual. Women who take oral contraceptives metabolize caffeine more slowly and may fee the effects twice as long. Smokers metabolize caffeine more quickly and experience a shorter "buzz." You will have to test your tolerance in doses, 50 - 500 gradually increasing your dose until you experience t benefits without side effects. Do not smoke...get off as soon as possible!
To determine you personal "caffeine cut off point." in which caffeine interferes with your sleep is different for each person. (5-6 hours before bed) I once got into a suicidal bad depression state before bedtime. It was really a bad time for me and I knew coffee would keep me awake which bipolar have a problem with anyway. I finally decided to take about 1/4 cup of coffee and went right to sleep. Remember when a bipolar normal is too low it will bring them up to a normal high because thy came from a lower place than normal population.

There are caffeine pills, and NoDoz. The chemical in coffee and tea chlorogenic acid partially dampens the effect of caffeine and so does cream. (Even with coffee) This may not be the route to go for most, but it is knowledge in case of emergency needs. (Milk always effects drug of any kind and will neutralizes the acid effect. Speaking of which; stay away from if you have any acid conditions such as arthritis - gout i.e.)

Many over-the-counter drugs have caffeine in them ever wonder why? Anacin, Excedrin and prescription painkillers, such as Darvon Compound-65 and diet products are some that you maybe already using.
Caffeine Rx: goes like this, 200 mg of caffeine at the first sign of a tension headache or migraine (every 2-3 hours) also you can use 200 mg to 400 mg of ibuprofen which increases the analgesic effects, without risk.

Did they work and can they bring out the stress hormone with an opposite effect?

Lastly, caffeine blocks nasal inflammation caused by hay fever.
Note: Caffeine can raise blood pressure and increase heart rate. (Get off meat to help in these conditions!)

The point in doing this post on coffee (caffeine) is to make persons who are now taking drugs for mood disorders that caffeine may be a more natural remedy for depression if not using mood disorder drugs. Use it like a drug with much care and caution as you would any drug or herb treating it as such. You can use this herb with SKILL, but be reckoned with for the correct disorder and not to abused. Pay attention to these symptoms, if it doesn't make you better stay off. Is it overdone? Would you take medication like taking this beverage?
Poisons: ALL Soda Pops have nothing nutritional of any value in them. Nothing but poisons from its chemical drugs, such as sugar, artificial isolated caffeine’s, sodium, and all other such chemical that leech out minerals of the body. Even the bad mouthed, abused, lowly, herbal Coffee's and Herbal teas can be taken within reason are better for our health, than any soda drinks. Use your own discernment for you own body and health not anyone else's unless you are not wise or handicap.

Cautions: Weight issues are not solved with Caffeine. Caffeine actually dehydrates fat cells, or any cell for that matter. The water is necessary rid the body of toxins, and that includes fat, in the cell through the kidney and out of the body. Too much of this abuse can result in a water logged body that retain fluid in tissues, (false fat).

This herb should be reserved for "the sick," such as Alzheimer’s, senility, dementia, depression and other mental disorders and even at that with skill and individual judgement.
To make a flat statement that coffee is sinful is truly "pioneer ignorance" at its best is the sinful misrepresentation of truth about what this herb was created for man in the first place. Try pop which leaches out potassium and other needed minerals and is the worst man-made unnatural chemical.

Ginger Lemon Detox Water | Lose Weight Super Fast


On Sherm's diet this is a must in keeping the body's in a norm pH balance. I've proven this is true. I add ginger pill for convenience ( "Botanic Choice.com" is on the net good price) tell us of your successes' too. Another reason lemon works for weight and health is because lemon's kill parasite, is not to sweet (feeds them). It's especially good in yeast cases. To kill a yeast infection Baking Soda will work surprisingly well (male or female) for the same reasons as lemons. If I'm feeling poorly I use one or the other.

Lemons give energy and changes metabolism. Exchange for all soda's (sweeten with Stevia i.e.) pH balances out the acid from meat and such hard to digest foods.
Tips: Chips and Celery sticks
Wal-Mart has celery stick all ready to go in packages very cheap. This is the only way to eat salty potato chips with out getting carried away with the chip. It will cut down on bad choices, variety and you'll have plenty of chips for as long as the celery lasts. It's the ying/yang effect. The celery has fiber/natural salt and the chips make you eat more celery and you get FULL. Juice speeds up the process of elimination, Vegetables slows down the process. If you blend parsley into a smaller ice trays then add it to lemon water, its perfect. Both brings the body back to normal pH level, kill parasites and the parsley will sustain a contestant level all day.


All diets have good and bad points, pick out what will work for you. The ideas above is what for me and I do change some foods around with the basic three, (P. F. W.) every eating.

FLOURLESS BROWNIES

Tip: We don't have to give up healthier deserts. Just find the
right recipe and make at home. I saw another similar
recipe that was vegan Chocolate is one of those treats
that your not going to do without. So plan the right
recipe and don't skip. Do not buy from the bakery or store
make at home. I freeze some for another occasion or
share.
 
  • 6 Tbsp. coconut oil*
  • 6 oz. (170g) Chipits semisweet chocolate chips (Hershey's darker chocolate?)
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ⅔ cup coconut sugar**
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp. arrowroot powder***
  • ¼ tsp. salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare an 8x8 baking pan by lining it with a sheet of aluminum foil, leaving a few inches of overhang on the sides to allow for easy removal. Grease the foil and set aside.
2.Add coconut oil and chocolate chips to a small saucepan set over low heat. Stir until oil and chocolate have melted before removing from heat and setting aside to cool slightly.
3.Using a handheld mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat together eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and pale, about 2 minutes. Add melted chocolate mixture and mix until well combined. Reduce speed to low and add cocoa powder, arrowroot powder, and salt, mixing until well combined and scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary. Batter should be thick and smooth.
4.Pour batter into prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a greased spatula. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until center is set. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for about 15 minutes before removing and transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.

Salsa/Bean Dip

Black beans they have lots of protein and balanced fiber and dislike corn. So I do a quick semi home made version, letting it set before eating. Good to make before you go to work in the mornings. This is a sample of balancing the fiber with the proteins a must every meal (see: the diet below)

I drain everything because I don't care for the dripping
You'll get plenty of salt in the can and chips
Ingredients; semi home made method (1/2 cup)
  1. One can of black beans (drained and rinsed then drain again) (Fiber 7 Protein 7, well balance)
  2. Salsa that's fresh from the produce section of your store (drain off excess water) The fiber/proteins in this salsa is not counted.
  3. Onions,  to taste: red, frozen minced onion and green
  4. Tbsp. of Taco seasoning (package and seal the rest for later) (spice it red cayenne pepper if you want it hotter) and/or save all those hot Taco seasoning packets from Taco Bell etc.
(Put in sealed containers to use when hungry)
4, I use the cheaper plain brand of Santitas corn chips ($2) I don't like flavored tortilla chip as most have preservatives. (2 fiber and 2 protein)

Making Your Own Magical Blends


Where it gets really exciting is that you can create your very own unique “blend” by choosing your own favorite essential oils!
You will find that the aromas of some oils go well together, and others just seem… strange. Sometimes, the ones that work well together are some unexpected combinations – so you’ll have to dive in and experiment!
You can get some basic ideas as to what might work simply by opening the tops of two (or more) essential oils together and breathing the “mixed” fragrance. Also, you don’t have to use equal amounts of each oil: one or two drops of certain oils like citrus will give a “lift” to a perfume, without necessarily being immediately identified.
Other essential oils can add an “earthiness” to an aroma – sandalwood, cinnamon, vanilla. Ah, these are truly the secrets of the perfumer! There are many natural aromas considered aphrodisiac since ancient times – and these have found their way, secretly, into the seductive charms of the ladies of many centuries. What’s interesting is that these “aphrodisiac scents” – or derivatives of them – are also found in many of the world’s most famous perfumes.

The Recipes…


Our super-simple solid perfume recipe calls for only pure and natural ingredients:
100% pure beeswax
Jojoba oil
Essential oils
That’s it! You will need to be careful and focused (and have adult supervision if appropriate!), as preparation does involve the use of very hot / boiling water and hot wax. Here is the tutorial:
1) Measure 1 1/2 tsp of jojoba oil into a small glass or cup.
2) Add the essential oils to the jojoba and mix well. Use a total of 25 drops of essential oil – so for example:
7 drops frankincense
7 drops ylang ylang
5 drops ginger
6 drops sweet orange
or
7 drops sandalwood
2 drops cedarwood
5 drops amber (if you can find real oil of amber!)
6 drops vanilla
or
7 drops jasmine
6 drops gardenia
6 drops neroli
4 drops costus / tuberose / rose
2 drops bergamot
Try these – or use your favorite essential oils. Please feel free to post your own recipes in the comments!
3) Melt 1 tsp of grated beeswax. It is important to use a “double boiler” when melting beeswax, with the inner pan being non-metal. This is because if the beeswax is just melted in a pan, it can very easily be ruined by the too-high temperature. Grating it first speeds up the process. Beeswax starts to get soft around 90ºF and melts at around 145-147ºF. (It starts to go brown at around 170ºF, so I read). One of those tiny non-metal pans is ideal, placed inside a larger pan of water. Heat the water in the bigger pan first, then place the “inner” pan holding the beeswax inside it (don’t get any water in the beeswax!) until the beeswax melts. If you can keep the temperature of the water around 150-160ºF – so that the beeswax is melted but the water is not yet boiling – you are doing well.
4) Add the jojoba / essential oil mix to the beeswax and stir well.
5) Remove from heat and pour into your container(s). Be very careful not to splash onto skin / eyes!
6) Allow to cool at least 15 minutes. You’re done! :)
Notes –
a) if you are making larger amounts, simply keep the ingredients in the right ratio i.e. “double everything”.
b) if the final product seems too soft or too hard, adjust the amount of beeswax (a little more beeswax in the recipe will make the end product harder).
c) if you desire a stronger scent, add a little more essential oil… don’t skimp on the jojoba though.

CHOCOLATE OATMEAL NO BAKE COOKIES


It's a stick of butter. Many swear by this recipe. (and I'd change the recipe to one cup and taste the dough? I don't like things that are too sweet anyways and am not use to it. I will use for the cup of sugar the stevia chocolate drops HFS in this. (no gluten recipe)
* I use the powder stevia and also the drops for some foods. The choc. come only in the drops. Yes, it's expensive at the HFS but, lasts a long time for one person. On line (Swanson's Vit .com)

Cucumber & Salad's; (weighloss diet)

I've lost 30 pounds; here are some of my collections and revisions to my recipe for weight and blood sugars problems.  It is important to have healthy snacks on hand. One example: keeping a bag of popcorn in a big baggy ready to snack on in the evenings or when hungry. Low salt, corn chips or tortilla chip with bean dip is excellent for adding fiber that will takes out calories.
The diet I've made up for my body, and it consists of 4 food groups, used each meal and with two snacks. Don't mess with its balances of protein with fibrous foods and fats or, it will not work. (Protein/Fiber, fats and water/lemon for beverages) I've have a friend who is a strict vegetarian but is more over weight. Why, she doesn't know nor want to know you have to balance veggies with protein and the right amount of fiber every meal including stacks. Every time I see her she's more obese.

PLAN SNACKS: But on my diet there is no need to count calories. I've used canned three bean salad with the sugar rinse off then more olive or, sesame oil added. Keep healthy snacks in the fridge at all times. One, snack might be a variety of some kind of salad that lasts for the whole day.

Have a variety of ready made snacks for about two a day. And don't forget your celery, carrots or apples i.e.. Sometimes I do a bag of peeled apples, squirt abt Tbs of lemon with pinch of apple pie spices (or not? Vary the same snack and don't get bored or burned out.) I then, use the apple corer and bag the ready to eat cut apples and put them baggy or just buy them at the store. (...peeled or not?)

In this recipe I took out all that sugar and too much vinegar for me. I like rice or organic vinegars. Make it to suit your tastes. I love real fresh pepper and sea salt added in the last min.
Ingredients:
3 med cukes peeled (med has more seeds, or use small)
one cup water (I didn't add, can't see the reasoning)
olive oil
sea salt to taste and I like fresh ground pepper (Optional)
couple of sprigs of dill (optional)
1 small onion separated into rings
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbs sugar (I use powdered stevia and sometimes I skip)
In a lg bowl toss and let set for two hours before serving

Waldrof Salad (I half this recipe)
Ingredients

  • 3 crisp red apples (Pink Lady, Fuji, or Gala)
  • 3 crisp Granny Smith apples (tart)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups red grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup celery, chopped (about 3 stalks)
  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • Green leaf lettuce or mixed greens
Instructions

  • Slice apples then chop into bite-size pieces.
  • Place apple chunks in a bowl and toss in lemon juice.
  • Mix celery, grapes, and walnuts in with the apples.
  • Add mayonnaise or yogurt and stir until the fruit and nuts are well-coated. (or, half and half)
  • Refrigerate salad until ready to serve.
  • Serve on a bed of green leaf lettuce or mixed greens.

 Here's my real secret to weight loss that's finely working.
 1. Protein: Balance in every meal or snack a must have protein. (One animal protein, if you must! a day, use other vegetarian beans, or, eggs, cheese i.e)
2. Fiber: you have to balance that protein; closer to the amount of fiber. Remember to count all fruit and veggies here too. All organically grown fibrous whole grains (included is brown rice and legumes i.e. whenever possible.
 I have a 6 g fiber bread each day. A sandwich is 12 g protein. Don't buy protein shakes etc. They are a waste of time as they're unfulfilling, too much sugar and the protein is not balance correctly.
I do have Hemp drinks; in a pinch if not the right balance of food that meal. (Found on line and I always loose when I get enough fiber or protein. Swanson Vitamins have one reasonable and organic)
 Organically grown grains: Eat until full, no calorie counted is needed when you eat 3 meals and 2 snacks as listed above. I make special little no sugar, protein balanced fiber breakfast and snack muffins. be creative. I make French toast out of that 6 g of fiber organically whole grain breads for snacks and bread and brown rice pudding. so good.
If your gluten intolerant use smelt or, the rice and coconut and almond flours i.e. the important thing is your balance with the veg and fruit and protein that meal. Make it fit your health problem. I don't eat bread every meal only if I need a quick fix for my balancing out the protein that meal.
 
SUGAR: not essential but most need some sugar. I use Stevia. Watch the sugar content on labels products. Tt can ruin your weight loss process because it raises you blood sugars too high which causes you to be aggressively too hungry. Pear juice is a good sugar sub. and their are many others like honey, raw organic maple syrup, etc.
3. BEVERAGES: Ice water with lime or, my big secret is to use lots of lemon juice. Squeeze the lemon juice found in bottles over a glass of small chipped ice then add liquid stevia or equivalent for a healthy drink 7-1o drops. Lemon causes weight lose. I never go a meal without it with or snacks. No soda pops. Hot or ice-Tea s and no more than two cups of coffee a day if needed. Drink the higher protein 9 g of organic soy milk; it comes in a unrefrigerated box or almond milk highest in calcium to curb hunger whenever needed for excess hunger. Keeping a normal pH balance is so important to cure any illness. Lemon alone and ginger can do this. (Stay away from Coke i.e.)
4. Fats: Are essential as the right fats get rid of fat and destroy hunger. Use organic everything. (oils are coconut oil, safflower, or raw olive oil for veg.)
I count on my fingers and ask myself do I have the weight loss four?
 
TIPS;
*1 Nutiva hump protein hi-fiber, USDA ORGANIC, no additive, has 12 g fiber and 11g protein (16 oz) This has a good balanced ratio but taste like mud, use tomato juice or grapefruit juice to get it down. I use this on days my blood sugars are high. It takes it right down.
* I've learned snackingg on seeds or, nut in-between meals are healthy choices of foods. My favorite is BIGS Simply Salted pumpkin seeds, home-style roasted. No artificial flavors, preservatives and no GMO seeds. (12 g protein and 3 grams of fiber (both is there) and, healthy natural fats for 1/3 cup. Love them.
* Adams no-stir peanut butter, fiber is 2, but the bread above is sufficient and adds more fiber. It has 7 g. protein. Their are other butters. The natural fat content is high for the brain functioning and hunger.
* Papa's Non GMO Organic Multigrain w Flax seed whole grain bread. 5 g of fiber per slice and 3 protein. (This is good for toast in mornings and when you lack fiber and need more. Its a good balance.
* I add raw shelled Hemp Hearts to hot cereals in the mornings, or right before bedtime when famished. 10 g of protein. Remember the protein slows the carbs down and adds health oils. It has 3 g of fiber and 13 g of good natural needed fat to start out the day and is vegan. I'm trying to get you use to fiber, protein and oil to loose weight.

PECAN PIE MUFFIN'S


First of all this is a recipe not for wimps, take some sugar out and sub Stevia ??? if you choose and/ or sub. COCONUT BUTTER/oil for butter. So easy and the nuts are (natural Omega's) are good for us. Secondly, can you buy this a any store? (...You can use: Almond or coconut flour, in parts; Whole wheat, or smelt and other gluten free flours, why not as the flour is only in small amounts. (Did you know 1 Tb of flaxseed meal equals one egg. but, try as is then experiment.

I love my coconut flour because it's kill off yeast and other parasites.
