The only down side was what they call exit wounds, where the parasites were trying to get out via my skin, but they eventually went away...Thanks for sharing this info." =========================
GREEN TEA SIDE EFFECTS!
Side Effects or Warnings of Consuming Excessive Green Tea
Black, green, and oolong tea are all derived from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. Fresh leaves from the plant are steamed to produce green tea, while the leaves of oolong and black tea involve fermentation.
Originally cultivated in East Asia, Camellia sinensis grows as large as a tree or shrub. Today, this plant grows throughout Asia and parts of Africa and the Middle East.
Green Tea Side Effects
Liver problems – there have been some case reports of liver problems in people taking concentrated green tea extracts. The active ingredients in the tea are a class of compounds called catechins. Catechins target mitochondria, the powerhouses of your cells, and prevent them from being able to help your body metabolize nutrients and turn it into energy, which can lead to hepatitis, jaundice, or liver failure.
Contains caffeine – one cup of tea contains around 24 to 45 mg of caffeine. Too much caffeine can cause the following side effects: nervousness, headache, vomiting, sleep problems, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, heartburn, irritability, tremor, ringing in the ears, dizziness, convulsions or confusion. Caffeine overdose is possible, with symptoms of abdominal spasms, headache, nausea, and vomiting. It also has a diuretic effect, so you eliminate more fluids through your urine and may become dehydrated.
Contains tannin – this substance is found in any tea that contains leaves from the Camellia Sinensis plant, which means most rooibos and herbal teas don’t have it. Consumption of tannins slows the absorption of important minerals, such as calcium and zinc. In addition, tannins may interfere with the absorption of nonheme iron, which is the type of iron found in plant-based foods. If your iron level is low, you may want to talk to your healthcare specialist about your tannin intake if you’re a big tea drinker.
During pregnancy and lactation – green tea contains catechins, caffeine, and tannic acids. All three compounds have been associated with pregnancy risks. No more than two cups of green tea should be consumed during this time. Completely avoiding this type of tea would be the best option. Caffeine is also a compound that crosses the placenta, and the latest studies suggest that it may decrease blood flow to the developing baby. Additionally, because it’s a diuretic, caffeine consumption can cause the body to release more water than usual. This means you’ll be urinating more than you already are. For lactating women, the caffeine in the tea can pass into the breast milk and affect the nursing infant.
Iron absorption – the catechins present in green tea decreases the absorption of iron from food, which may ultimately lead to anemia. Studies have shown that excessive consumption of this tea may reduce absorption by up to 25%.
Osteoporosis – it is a condition characterized by a decrease in the density of bone structure, decreasing its strength and resulting in fragile bones. Women are 4 times more likely than men to develop this condition because of a decrease in their estrogen levels after menopause in conjunction with lighter and thinner bones. Drinking tea can increase the quantity of calcium that is commonly flushed out inside urine, leading to calcium deficiency.
Digestive problems – the tannins present in the leaves can cause constipation and nausea by producing more gastric acid. Also, the caffeine content in the tea can harm your stomach and intestines by irritating their linings.
Anticoagulant drugs – this tea contains small amounts of vitamin K (approximately 0.03 micrograms per 100 gr of brewed tea), which can make anticoagulant drugs, such as warfarin, less effective.
Chemotherapy – the combination of tea and chemotherapy medications, particularly tamoxifen and doxorubicin, increased the effectiveness of these medications in laboratory tests. However, the same results have not been found in studies on people. On the other hand, there have been reports of both black and green tea extracts affecting a gene in prostate cancer cells that can make them less sensitive to chemotherapy drugs. For that reason, people should talk to their physician before drinking tea or taking tea extracts while undergoing chemotherapy.
Long-term consumption may give rise to problems such as headaches, insomnia, hypertension, restlessness, annoyance, abnormal heartbeat, loss of appetite, spasms, constipation, irritability, and acute addiction to caffeine. Furthermore, green tea consumption can make anxiety worse. So, individuals with anxiety disorders must stay away from it.
Conclusion
In most cases, 1 or 2 cups a day isn’t cause for worry, but if you’re supplementing your 4 coffees a day with double the herbal tea, you may be entering an unhealthy territory.

PHONY PRODUCTS IN VITAMINE SUPPLIMENTS
Phony herb, and vitamin supplement's are a big racket, and the ingredient you thought was in is not even there. Maybe that's why it isn't working. BUYER BEWARE:
At least one major retailer pulled products from the shelves today after New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said GNC, Target, Wal-Mart and Walgreens sell store brand supplements that do not contain the ingredients they advertise. The investigation found that four out of every five products tested didn’t include the ingredients mentioned on the label.
This is essentially an honor system. Testing the store brands of some major chains that sell in cities and towns all over our state and all over the country, and we were surprised to see that only 21 percent of the products had any trace at all of what they were supposed to be selling.
Like echinacea, ginseng, things that are popular herbal supplements. And in the overwhelming majority of cases, there was no trace of the product that was purportedly being sold. So we have written cease-and-desist letters to these four chains. Some of them are pulling the products, just the lot numbers we tested off the shelves. They are going to explain their system for quality control. I've heard on the net that inspectors came in and closed shops down. Now, I'm wondering the other side of the story.
In addition to finding —
Found that there were a lot of fillers and other products and other plant species that were identified by the bar-coding that weren’t on the label.
So it’s a combination of not selling what you’re supposed to be selling and selling people things that are fillers or other plant species that could cause public health issues. Why buy?

SIDE AFFECT OS MEDFORMIN;
*Anorexia, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, headache, hypoglycemia (anxiety; behavior change similar to drunkenness; blurred vision; cold sweats; confusion; cool, pale skin; difficulty in concentrating; drowsiness; excessive hunger; fast heartbeat; headache; nausea; nervousness; nightmares; restless sleep; shakiness; slurred speech; unusual tiredness or weakness), lactic acidosis (diarrhea; fast, shallow breathing; muscle pain or cramping; unusual sleepiness; unusual tiredness or weakness), megaloblastic anemadia (tiredness, weakness), metallic taste, nausea/vomiting, vitamin B-12 deficiency, weight loss...
My symptoms was so bad I had to go off of this Meds. when I did they symptoms disappeared. (Also on it my gout got worse because of the lactic acid it produces and ruin any pH levels.) It isn't worth it to be in a wheel chair and pain, and it kept getting worse, especially when they up ed the dose.

Reversal of High Blood Pressure
High Blood Pressure reversal
An Holistic approach will be to treat the whole body. As in the liver, herbals some would be milk Thistle, Dandelion, Burdock Root or seed, Chaparral (thickening of the blood will overload circulatory system) or Astragalus Root. See also “Liver my posts.”
Included in this holistic approach include watching all the organs such as;
Kidney: Drink lots of pure water (boil water), or distilled water if your normal water has heavy metals in it. Get a juicer and use. Add some Lemons or Pomegranates and other fruit juices with foods or a bit diluted. Take herbs that are diuretic in nature to rid the body in some cases of excess water (celery seed).Use fresh or, a green powered drink every day.
No stimulates such as drugs, liquors or tobacco that acerbates this problem. Many medicines including insulin's will make this organ worse with time.
Nerves or hypertension herbs are helpful, use nerve’s such as Hops, Hyssops or Black Cohosh, Lobelia magnesium (1 morn and night) B complex and B vitamin and a multiple mineral etc.
Foods: No Meats, use plant base diet if acute or use very little but, never two meals consecutively especially if mild condition of the heart. Mild food plant based diet or Semi Fast no mucus less diet (no cheeses). Use complex fibrous organic foods, Green leafy Vegetables and fruits, tomato juice, lemon juice (mornings), raw organic goats milk (if possible) and very small amount of cheeses/dairy with plant based fiber.
Calcium is a problem because most drugs to treat H.B.P. deplete the body of calcium that is needed in most cases) this actually acerbates this problem. Mono oil base margarines or, real butter with no hormones and use mono oils such as olive oil. No “white food or boxed process products. Also use plenty of Apple Cider Vinegar, Tomatoes, V8 juice cabbage family and organic soy etc. Organic Westsoy I use is full of protein 9 grams and 4 fiber. Great for starting the day, or in between meals. Get the unsweetened and add your own style of sugar.
Sugars: Natural raw sugars, Stevia or raw honey, Xylitol, only.
Treat the same as “Heart” sees PG.
Book: “Heart Break in Heart Disease” by Sanotra sp All rights reserved
The heart needs mono fats: Lecithin 3 tsp. daily, or Borage oil, Flaxseed oil and cleans out arteries, Fish oil, Wheat germ, Safflower oils, i.e. (every day) 3,6,9 omegas fatty, flaxseed oil, normal pH level foods that will keep the inflammations down. (3 tsp.daily).
Herbal Aid: Cactus liquid, 10 drops daily
Other Herbs: Capsicum, (1 tsp 3 times a day) Lobelia, Hawthorn Berry, Sassafras, Garlic, Chanca Piedra phyllanthus niruri (This herb will aid in plank build up, and increases bile secretions to lower blood cholesterol levels in rat studies.) Fenugreek is a blood thinner but is not be used with pain relievers. It is not to be taken with drug for thinning the blood. Chanca Piedra is for hypertension. Melatonin is another good herb for HBP. And Royal honey.
Treat for parasites and use products such as Duflucan, fluconazol, or Nystatin, i.e. (from doctor) (Parasites are always involved) Black Walnut Hull, good organic Oregano oil, Olive Leaf extract and i.e., change from one parasitic herb to another every three months. Herbs for liver also see these studies.
A holistic approach will included especially the Colon: Senna or Psyllium and other herbal laxative, Mandrake if very sick will aid colon and liver but it is a laxative but not to be used if pregnant, or going to be. Keep the colon clear everyday. If this is not done it’s like a kinked hose and building up pressure. Fibrous plant based diet is important and/or add to the diet (Gymnema) or such fibrous herbs (foods). So is the bowel flora that is off in this condition.
Add a good yogurt such as Kefir, i.e. 3-10 days. Psyllium will sweep out pockets in colon and grab on to the parasite and toxins. Add 3mg of Senna if you still have constipations, but this is a fast moving herb to deal with and may have to be adjusted to individuals.
(Fiber foods)
Be sure to use watermelon and its seeds (organic if possible)
Remember it's called Hypertension, keep calm (Avoid really stressful situation if you can)

Don't get low in Vitamin D
Low vitamin D levels increase mortality. Are you eating enough of the right vegetables.
Health
New research from the University of Copenhagen and Copenhagen University Hospital shows that low blood vitamin D levels increase mortality. The study included 96,000 Danes and was recently published in the distinguished British Medical Journal.
A study of 96,000 Danes adds yet more evidence suggesting a vitamin D deficiency can raise the risk for cancer and death.
“We have conducted a major Danish study, in which we have examined the connection between genes associated with permanent low levels of vitamin D and mortality. We can see that genes associated with low vitamin D levels involve an increased mortality rate of 30 percent and, more specifically, a 40 percent higher risk of cancer-related deaths.
“An important factor in our study is that we have established a causal relationship,” says Shoaib Afzal, a physician at Copenhagen University Hospital.
Vitamin D deficiency is generally associated with an increased risk of poor bone health. However, recent studies have shown that low levels of this important vitamin also involve an increased risk of other diseases and higher mortality rates. For the very first time, a brand new scientific study has established a causal relationship between low vitamin D levels and increased mortality. The researchers have not only established a statistical relationship as in previous studies.
96,000 Danes from large-scale population studies
"We have conducted a major Danish study, in which we have examined the connection between genes associated with permanent low levels of vitamin D and mortality. We can see that genes associated with low vitamin D levels involve an increased mortality rate of 30 per cent and, more specifically, a 40 per cent higher risk of cancer-related deaths. An important factor in our study is that we have established a causal relationship," says Shoaib Afzal, Medical Doctor at Herlev Hospital, Copenhagen University Hospital.
In the scientific study, which is based on the Copenhagen City Heart Study and the Copenhagen General Population Study, vitamin D levels were measured using blood samples from both studies, and specific genetic defects were examined. All participants were followed in the 100% complete Danish registers for mortality from 1976 until today.
"In previous studies, a close statistical relationship has been established between low vitamin D levels and increased mortality rates. However, the fact that vitamin D deficiency can be a marker for unhealthy lifestyles and poor health in general may have distorted the results. This led to our current study, which was based on an examination of the participants' genes – genes which cannot be explained by unhealthy lifestyles," says Børge Nordestgaard, Clinical Professor at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen, and Chief Physician at Copenhagen University Hospital.
Preventive treatment?
"Our study shows that low vitamin D levels do result in higher mortality rates, but the best way of increasing vitamin D levels in the population remains unclear. We still need to establish the amount of vitamin D to be added, as well as how and when it is most effective: Should we get vitamin D from the sun, through our diet or as vitamin supplements? And should it be added in the foetal stage via the mother, during childhood or when we have reached adulthood?" Børge Nordestgaard continues.
When the sun shines on our skin, the skin produces vitamin D. Evidence suggests that sunshine has a positive effect on our health, but sunburns must be avoided as they increase the risk of skin cancer. A diet rich in vitamin D or the intake of vitamin D supplements can also cover our need to some extent .A study of 96,000 Danes adds yet more evidence suggesting a vitamin D deficiency can raise the risk for cancer and death.
"We have conducted a major Danish study, in which we have examined the connection between genes associated with permanent low levels of vitamin D and mortality. We can see that genes associated with low vitamin D levels involve an increased mortality rate of 30 percent and, more specifically, a 40 percent higher risk of cancer-related deaths.
"An important factor in our study is that we have established a causal relationship," says Shoaib Afzal, a physician at Copenhagen University Hospital.
The researchers define 'a low level' of vitamin D as 'a level that is 20 nmol/L lower than normal'. In Denmark, a minimum level of 50 nmol per litre plasma is currently recommended.

Most Vitamins Are From China. It’s a Bigger Problem Than You Realize
If you are taking vitamins, there is a good
chance that they were imported from China.
An aging population and growing focus on health in the United
States has fueled the growth of a $28 billion vitamin and nutritional
supplement market, and it is expected to continue to grow at about 3
percent a year.
Over half of American adults are popping vitamins and
supplements. They may not be aware they are eating products made in China, or
made using raw materials from China.
China has captured over 90 percent of the Vitamin C market in
the United States, according to the Seattle Times. Think about how many labels advertise added
Vitamin C. Vitamin C goes into many food and drink products—almost all
processed food for humans as well as pets contains Vitamin C.
The consumer has no way of knowing the added vitamin C comes
from China, because there is no rule requiring labeling the country of origin
for ingredients.
This may raise quite a few eyebrows as Chinese food safety
scandals make headlines every day.
Here are five facts any consumer of vitamins should know.
1. Only 2 percent of all imported vitamins and other supplements
are inspected. Why? Vitamins and supplements are classified as “food” by law
and therefore not subject to the tough regulatory scrutiny of prescription
drugs.
2. China’s top vitamin and supplement production areas are among
the most polluted in the country (and thus in the world).
Vitamins and nutritional supplements usually use agricultural
products as key raw materials. The top vitamin exporting province, Zhejiang,
has an alarming level of soil pollution from heavy metal. As matter of fact,
one-sixth of China’s farmlands are heavily polluted.
For example, rice planted in several key agricultural provinces
was reported to contain excessive Cadmium, a metal commonly found in batteries,
coloring, and the industrial waste from making plastic. It may cause serious
kidney disease.
Irrigation water is a nightmare: Half of the country’s major
water bodies are polluted, as are 86 percent of city water bodies. Pollution is
largely caused by the country’s numerous factories, which rarely have equipment
for treating pollution. Seventy to 80 percent of the country’s industrial waste
is directly emitted into rivers.
4. Approximately 6,300 Americans nationwide complained about
adverse reactions to dietary supplements between 2008 and 2012, according to
FDA statistics. But the actual number may be more than eight times higher, some
experts say, because most people don’t believe health products can make them
sick. While not all such problems would be caused by pollution in China, that
pollution may have played a role.
5. Worst of all, China-made vitamins are everywhere, and even
those who do not consume vitamins and supplements can hardly escape. Many
vitamins end up as ingredients in items like soft drinks, food, animal feed,
and even cosmetics.
