Even a kid makes rice milk

I looked all over for a good rice milk that was easy for me to do I found a lot on YouTube most of them are too complicated and I just didn’t want to do them I wanted something quick and easy. Also I use brown rice and I didn’t want to cook it. I found this kid and I thought if he can do it I can I did and I liked it I use brown rice.

I started using rice milk because I had a lot of diarrhea with 3 feet of colon missing and not eating correctly all the time so it was constant pain. I find rice mix milk does the trick and I have my frozen rice patties. The recipe is in here

The recipe 

One cup of rice to 4 cups of water, soaked for about an hour or longer

 please it in blender with 2 tablespoons of honey

Then  add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and put then blend till smooth 

Then pour it in through a sieve squeezing  out the milk from the rice

Pour in your container

I presume this is uncooked white rice? Because I didn’t know if you used brown or white rice I soak my rice overnight because it was brown.

If you look on YouTube you’ll find some people like actually cook the rice I didn’t want to do that mine was organic rice also.

You can buy Muslim to strain it however I found a good Fine  wire mesh strainer in my kitchen at work just fine. You could train it again from there if you wanted to but I found it it needed

Addendum: Diarrhea 

You can’t find cream of rice at the stores any place. Do you know why? Diarrhea! It is the best diarrhea medicine. There seems to be a shortage of cream of rice in the stores every where-stock up while you can. I even found on YouTube they give it to the dogs for diarrhea it’s good for animals hello!

So I decided since I have 3 feet of colon missing and I get diarrhea continually if I eat too much fruit without a meal that if I use my rice crêpe cakes and freeze them individually and take one bingo it works.

Now take this recipe very seriously freezing one by one and you’ll never have a problem with diarrhea again love your mother

Lost three more pounds on adding bread

Lost three more pounds this week my the receipt please below. I’ve now added bread on a vegan diet if you’re not careful you can get very hungry. When I was doing the search solution which I still lamb I became very hungry and ate all the time. Now I’m not hungry all the time because I added in very good brands without added sugar call prairie bread etc. it’s hard to realize that you can now add carbsBut you can and when you do you’re not so hungry.

I don’t know if I can get this in here but I did show you some sample things that we made up in my home for my diet this week

The first photo is of rice cakes that we made up the earth so good you cannot believe that they are great for snacks too I use brown rice I just have a certain way of cooking brown rice that it actually looks like white rice and you cannot tell the difference at all on McDougall diet either rice is OK but I like the more nutritional products.   McDougals starch solutions. I do cook with oil and at the last minute and in Eva vegan butter.

The second photo is of our results the first one is a rice cake the second plate is the cucumber sticks I make and have ready to eat in the refrigerator I love the sticks you have to cucumber seed it then third it and make the sticks that easy. 

The fourth one is what we made the day before that I had left over but I decided to do a comparison in the square bowl is the leftover potato patties. And they are so delicious. The recipes are similar but not quite.

 

Addendum:  RE Sent to my children as a remedy for diarrhea and this is the recipe I used. Freeze the patties and have them in the freezer just for the times that you needed

Lose weight On eating STARCH FOODS

Lose weight on potatoes, corn etc.It was hard for me to grasp. But I finally got it he’s actually talking about starches eating them and losing weight. I was raised on potatoes this won’t be new for me.

i'm running low blood sugars I'm shocked I can't tell you the amazement that I found in this diet. I don't care what other sales results says everything. I lost 5 pounds in one week with 90, 109, 89 bs readings on the meter.I'm generally closer to 200. It seems to be the diet for me but I'm always scared to fail again.
