Making Livermush (For Anemia problems)

I have anemia so I started making this "Liver Mash" after seeing it on Andrew show. Their are many recipes out there. I cheated and use frozen sauté veggies and 3/4 cup of drained rinsed black bean (FIBER) salt + lots of pepper - 350, abt 40 min. depends on what kind + how much (drained) liver is used. (Slice + make sandwitches or, in-between protein snack)
Caution: Liver is an organ that can carry all kinds of diseases of the animal (-blood filtering organ- add teaspoon of vinegar). Make sure it's from a good source!!!!!)

NO MORE SWINE, BIRD FLU, AIDS EBOLI ETC., PLEGUES

RE: Alex P Shared publicly: report on one way in how we're creating too many PLEGUES (by-doing-TOO-MUCH!)

PASSED ON IN POOP, GROUND AND in INSECTS

If everyone was vegan, there would be no more swine flu, bird flu, AIDS, Ebola, Zika, etc.
One, Beef uses 150 times the water, 200 times the land, 160 times the emissions of legumes per protein calorie. Reasons why (Alex P) did not eat meat for 20 years and no dairy for 12 years (12% of millennia's have already given up meat in America):

RE: The Survival of Humanity Argument

Veganism reduces greenhouse gas emissions, which is key to preventing ocean acidification.  If the ocean is too acidic, plankton dies and with that 50-80% of the oxygen we breathe is gone, making life impossible ► https://plus.google.com/+AlexP/posts/gwKRRDiX3nc

The Hunger Argument

Number of people worldwide who will die as a result of malnutrition this year: 20 million
Number of people who could be adequately fed using land freed if Americans reduced their intake of meat by 10%: 100 million
Percentage of bad corn grown in the U.S. eaten by people: 20
Percentage of bad corn grown in the U.S. eaten by livestock: 80
Percentage of oats grown in the U.S. eaten by livestock: 95
Percentage of protein wasted by cycling grain through livestock: 90
How frequently a child dies as a result of malnutrition: every 2.3 seconds

Pounds of beef produced on an acre: 250
Percentage of U.S. not organic farmland devoted to beef production: 56 compared to;
Pounds of grain and soybeans needed to produce a pound of edible flesh from feedlot beef: 16

The Environmental Argument

Cause of global warming: greenhouse effect
Primary cause of greenhouse effect: carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuels
Fossil fuels needed to produce meat-centered diet vs. a meat-free diet: 3 times more
Percentage of U.S. topsoil lost to date: 75
Percentage of U.S. topsoil loss directly related to livestock raising: 85
Number of acres of U.S. forest cleared for cropland to produce meat-centered diet: 260 million
Amount of meat imported to U.S. annually from Central and South America: 300,000,000 pounds -very little regulations compare to US laws.
Percentage of Central American children under the age of five who are undernourished: 75
Area of tropical rainforest consumed in every quarter-pound of rainforest beef: 55 square feet
Current rate of species extinction due to destruction of tropical rainforests for meat grazing and other uses: 1,000 per year

The Cancer Argument

Increased risk of breast cancer for women who eat meat daily compared to less than once a week: 3.8 times
For women who eat eggs daily compared to once a week: 2.8 times
For women who eat butter and cheese 2-4 times a week: 3.25 times
Increased risk of fatal ovarian cancer for women who eat eggs 3 or more times a week vs. less than once a week: 3 times
Increased risk of fatal prostate cancer for men who consume meat, cheese, eggs and milk daily vs. sparingly or not at all: 3.6 times.

The Waste Argument

Animal agriculture produces millions of pounds of waste daily in America alone.  A 2500 cow farm produces more poop than the city of Minneapolis (almost half a million people).  This has to be gotten rid of.  It can be infested with mad cow disease at times, swine flu, bird flu perhaps if not beef.

The Cholesterol Argument

Number of U.S. medical schools: 125
Number requiring a course in nutrition: 30
Nutrition training received by average U.S. physician during four years in medical school: 2.5 hours
Most common cause of death in the U.S.: heart attack
How frequently a heart attack kills in the U.S.: every 45 seconds

Risk of average U.S. man who eats no meat, dairy or eggs: 4 percent
Amount you reduce risk of heart attack if you reduce consumption of meat, dairy and eggs by 10 percent: 9 percent
Amount you reduce risk of heart attack if you reduce consumption by 50 percent: 45 percent
Amount you reduce risk if you eliminate meat, dairy and eggs from your diet: 90 percent
Average cholesterol level of people eating meat-centered-diet: 210 mg/dl
Chance of dying from heart disease if you are male and your blood cholesterol level is 210 mg/dl: greater than 50 percent

The Natural Resources Argument

To get 1 calorie of protein from soybeans: 2
Percentage of all raw materials (base products of farming, forestry and mining, including fossil fuels) consumed by U.S. that is devoted to the production of livestock: 33
Percentage of all raw materials consumed by the U.S. needed to produce a complete vegetarian diet: 2 The Antibiotic Argument
Percentage of U.S. antibiotics fed to livestock: 55
Percentage of staphylococci infections resistant to penicillin in 1960: 13
Percentage resistant in 1988: 91
Response of European Economic Community to routine feeding of antibiotics to livestock: ban
Response of U.S. meat and pharmaceutical industries to routine feeding of antibiotics to livestock: full and complete support
The Pesticide Argument
Common belief: U.S. Department of Agriculture protects our health through meat inspection
Reality: fewer than 1 out of every 250,000 slaughtered animals is tested for toxic chemical residues

Number of animals killed for meat per hour in the U.S.: 660,000
Occupation with highest turnover rate in U.S.: slaughterhouse worker
Occupation with highest rate of on-the-job-injury in U.S.: slaughterhouse worker

The Survival Argument
Athlete to win Ironman Triathlon more than twice: Dave Scott (6 time winner)
Food choice of Dave Scott: Vegetarian

The Fear-Stress Hormones Argument

When animals suffer for seconds/minutes during the sudden slaughter death, they release stress-fear hormones that age and sicken us ► goo.gl/yxY4h. Fear hormones as well as astral vibrations that contaminate their flesh also prompt us into human-human conflict more often; we and animals share a lot of hormonal pathways, as neuroscience shows. Bill Clinton is vegan (goo.gl/0NjdS) and so are some CEOs (http://goo.gl/7laCI). Gandhi, Tesla, Edison, Einstein, Newton, DaVinci were vegetarian: goo.gl/IMJQJ.

The Amazon and other Key Forests Argument

Rainfall and preventing desertification is achieved thru a complex hydrologic cycle that involves forests.  If we wipe out all forests, we are in big trouble, since forests generate 20-50% of the oxygen we breath and ensure we get rain.  Beef uses 160 times more land and 200 times more water per calorie than wheat, lentils, beans, potatoes do. Beef requires 28 times more land and 11 times more water than chicken and pork ► http://www.theguardian.com/environment/2014/jul/21/giving-up-beef-reduce-carbon-footprint-more-than-cars.   If people go vegan or just without beef, you help save lots of water and forests.

ESP-Telepathy Argument

It has been noticed that telepathy and other ESP functions become enhanced when meat is given up ► https://plus.google.com/+AlexP/posts/UuoSukYzycu.  See also the telepathy and biophotons connection ► https://plus.google.com/+AlexP/posts/1e7bYQEWmsa.  The MIT paper on biophotons in fresh fruits and veggies ► https://plus.google.com/+AlexP/posts/ef6UA8yGtLk

Space Exploration Argument

How can astronauts go in space and raise cattle on their spaceship to get to Alpha Centauri?  lol.  You got to be kidding me.  The nice thing about veganism is that with vertical urban farms, people can get local food (fresh - picked up 2 hours before, thus very rich in biophotons) easily in any area and Earth can thus feed 50 billion vegans easily.  Going off-planet is a lot easier too when there are more scientists/engineers working on space travel, terra forming planets, etc.  Creating perfect weather, eliminating deaths from natural disasters, etc all these things require a lot of science.

The Longevity Argument

Vegetarians and vegans were shown to live 7-12 years longer than non-vegetarians (take your B12 or a normal vitamin pill with B12 in it, as it's scarce in vegan foods and get B12 even if you eat meat and are over 50, because animal foods B12 is harder to assimilate as people age).  The Longest living people in North America are the vegetarian Adventists in Loma Linda, who reach 105 often.  Here is a Loma Linda doctor (I talked to him) who did surgeries at 95: http://goo.gl/MQqn3, after decades of being vegan.  This shows meat is not needed for longevity.  Mahatma Gandhi was vegetarian, just like 500 million people in India today and Albert Einstein, Leonardo DaVinci, Nikola Tesla, Isaac Newton, Pythagoras.  Did you know India is the most vegetarian country in the world?  :)  RED MEAT CAUSES CANCER ► http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/11316316/Red-meat-triggers-toxic-immune-reaction-which-causes-cancer-scientists-find.html.

The Flu and other Diseases Argument

Without incredibly toxic and filthy factory farms, there will be no frequent epidemics of swine flu, bird flu, mad cow disease, etc.

The Poop Argument

There is fecal matter in virtually all American beef according to Consumer Reports ► http://www.inquisitr.com/2368247/all-ground-beef-in-the-us-is-contaminated-with-fecal-matter-according-to-consumer-reports/.  Also much of chicken meat has poop in it ► http://www.huffingtonpost.com/kathy-freston/chicken-contamination_b_1655170.html

The IQ Argument

It's been noted that people with higher IQ are far more likely to give up meat.  "Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.”  Einstein. On a similar note he stated, “Our task must be to [widen] our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” And on the day he became a vegetarian, Einstein wrote in his diary, “So I am living without fats, without meat, without fish, but am feeling quite well this way. It always seems to me that man was not born to be a carnivore.”  For more quotes on giving up meat from world's most amazing people, see this post ► https://plus.google.com/+AlexP/posts/CapnTqw8Xix

The Renal Acid Load Score Argument

Vegans have a much lower renal acid load score, which prevents a series of health issues.  The United States Department of Agriculture has come up with the PRAL (Potential Renal Acid Load) Chart to help people prevent ingestion of acid forming foods, which then lead to chronic secretion of ammonia in the kidneys, and damage to kidneys and other organs.  Most raw fruits and raw veggies are alkaline forming.  All meats and grains are acid forming.  Most legumes are alkaline forming.  Foods can be categorized by the potential renal acid loads (PRALs). The best foods are those with negative PRALs, see the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) table here for each food (per 100 grams) ► http://www.alkalisinggreens.com/files/pdf/PRAL-List.pdf or you can search 8000 foods for the PRAL score at http://health-diet.us/alkaline-diet/ (human milk has negative PRAL, like alkaline forming foods do).  Our renal acid load for overall diet should be negative according to many doctors and nutrition experts. :) Chronic acidosis can lead to lots of diseases, even more acne breakouts which are far more common in people ingesting foods with high PRAL.  There are lots of papers published about PRAL, for example ► http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7797810.  Alkaline diet benefits study ► http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3195546/.  High acid forming or  positive PRAL diets lead to calcium stones too ► http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11223695 and http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24002043.  For more databases of foods and their content see http://foodhealth.info/.  Vegans need B12 vitamin from a multivitamin or B12 fortified foods, even vegetarians need it and meat eaters after the age of 50, as the body cannot produce it well anymore.  :)  Costs 2$ a year to get B12 vitamin.

King Nebuchadnezzar+Daniel Blessed 4 NO MEAT EATING

HERE'S THE STORY: OF DANIEL SCHOOL (RICH AND POOR)
I love history, we truly can learn if we consider where we or others have been and why! Let's opening the Book of Daniel~ which settles old theory's to "The Protein Propaganda's" of Today's food philosophizer's. (see: Biblical History) This chapters emphasis Daniel's views clearly on "meat eating" (Re: with Vs: 15 - are the blessing clearly spelled out when practiced and who were the blessed the children.) To have health this page is essential toward eating more "mild foods." MILD Foods (plant based diet) not meat and strong drinks..
Reference quote; "And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the kings' meat." (Fatter meant healthier then...) Does everyone miss this point of the scriptures (history) hoping it will go away?
The "protein diet theories" with its main idea of eating more meat for its protein has never been proven correct nor will it ever be. I like to use this scripture in "History" to show this old theories been around before. Notice the result of the non-eating of meat here in the story. The story continues, as King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon who was doing his own tests (or research) for his statistical for specifically reasons may not have be clear to many in our day.

Acid food feed Cancer and disease (Meat turns to acid in the body)

A truly good school was difficult to come by then. The King took care of his children's schooling and other gifted ones, giving them all of their daily needs regarding shelter and food. The most intelligent and fairest of children were brought to Nebuchadnezzar’s palace for his special schooling held in his palace with at the end a special graduation, testing them after their three year of training using the best of his teachers. All the children had to meet certain criteria of looks, character, intelligence and those who were capable of the doing skilled math, sciences and another languages, etc.
Apparently, among the brightest children were four of the children of Judah (One of the 12 tribes), Daniel, Hanania, Mishael and Azariah-(Abed-negr.) (The same four who was thrown next, into the fiery furnace because of the refusal to worship an image from this same King.)
*Daniel proved to have some problems with the meals served to him and his brothers.
The scripture said he didn't want to “defile” himself with any portion of meat and liquor ordered to eat and drink by the King.
*2 And...Portions of liquor? No meat or liquor is what Daniel is speaking of in this story. It just meant they were given too much each day of meat and liquor by instruction from the king to his servants attending the children.
One of the prince Melzar, designated care giver for this school children, was worried that if Daniel and his brothers didn't eat what was ordered by the king for the children, and all might get sick. The King would notice it on the children's pale countenances and then take Melzar's head off. (Killed) Melzar's instructions would it foul up the Kings tests at graduation it Daniel and his brethren did different than the rest?
Now Daniel, obviously a leader, and being very bright child, replied, “Let “us” have ten days to just eat my grains, seeds (pulse) this includes legumes as they're just dried seeds. (But no meat and just water to drink, instead of the wine.) “Then check us out and compare us with the other children who are eating the meat and drinking the wine.”
*3 Well, the Lord made Daniel favorable with this prince so; Melzar consented for at least the ten days. At the end of the lot days, the four faired that was fed their diet of grains and seeds (Pulse) (legumes) did better than the other children who ate the meat and wine portions.
*The story goes on to say how God blessed all these children because of their obedience to temporal and spiritual law. And, he gave these four “more knowledge, skills in every subject, and even wisdom than the others.

Daniel was given the extra individual gifts of, one, understanding visions and dreams. (An obvious priesthood calling)
(*4 He didn't have to partake of the wine to either. )
When the school ended and all the children enrolled appeared to accountability before the King to be tested. Daniel (Belteshazzar, Hanania of Shadrach, Mishael of Meshach, and Azariah of Abed-nego, were at the top of their class. Ten times better than the rest of the children who ate the king’s meals, in every skill, knowledge’s and abilities. They were so intelligent, even brighter than the Kings own Magicians and Astrologers in his court that counseled him. He was so very impressed, but then forgets later of this episode, and with the interpretations of the dreams Daniel will do for him…so then onward to the fiery furnace!
*5 Not all the Jew’s at this time were meat eaters... more than likely, the Levi tribe that was maintained by all other tribes because of their priesthood callings over the sacrament (sacrifices.) Remember, these sacrifices also included fruit and breads too. A lot and mostly from the poor, depending on the sin involved. How many actually had a herd of sheep or even money buying meat sacrifice to slaughter is not totally known.
(John the Baptist, and the Essenes were not meat eaters either, (A history read of "Essene Gospel"), this "sick" group of Jews were trying to get well "naturally".)

The famous LDS 89 Sec. of the D.C. is a" fibrous" plant base diet, and meat is not at the base of its pyramid. Most churches including the LDS faith do not practice these principles.
*6 Lets Consider "Paul": Often Paul's misunderstood when quoted to or “not eating meat." (old law) He was speaking to the new Christians era. Christians didn't have to convert to the Jewish tribe or baptized as was in “old,” Jewish ways or doing things like being circumcised or old concerns way of eating meat of sacrificed animals in traditional way and these Jews had problems with Paul because of it. (or having to join Christ Church in the Jewish tradition had been required to do. They did not have to eat meat...or if they desired as many did that was OK 'ed too.
Big Change was; (Instead of eating and sacrificing lamb, Tithing came to being, bread and water/wine.) They didn't have to join the Jewish faith either or be a part of the faith or its laws to be a follower of Jesus Christ. This were done away with His coming and death, fulfilling the law. That's why Paul said, those who say not to eat meat was incorrect... In this part of the scripture you need to understand it's history and where Paul was coming from when he spoke of this.

Many didn't get it or change, and even today still exists. Many Jews resented the entitlements of these new members and gave Paul a bad time of it as with some not eating meat or the new tithing etc....so Paul was in his scripture actually trying to smooth the whole meat agenda over to re educate and consoling both sides and today is misunderstood because many don't understand the Jewish faith before Paul's mission of bringing all into the faith.
*7 You could include the most famous vegetarian Cain into this study. (Who FAMOUS at always presenting a bit of truth along with deception or big lie?) Cain was deliberately leaving out the Lord in the representational aspect of the lamb of Jesus Christ in his presentational of holy sacrifice deliberately! (lamb-meat). It was two-fold, he wanted to leave the Savior out and and now you know the real intent of his heart! He was tutored by Satan to leave Christ out! (His big lie…truth, in part, was the plants based vegetables and fruit which is the normal meat for man and always will be.

Did I say it was a sin to eat meat? Read this again…NO, that's the whole point here... by being informed of the "whys" will guiding you to eat more wisely. As Paul states that the weak eat less or no meat at all. More sick less meat or, use the "Fasting" and/or the "laying on of hands" (both includes prayer), and/or to use herbs with "mild foods”. Mild foods which are fruit and vegetables i.e.
Thus as Joseph Smith proclaimed "One matter can not go into another matter"...thus we become that matter? It would certainly be confusing on the "Resurrection Day."
It doesn't take proteins to make or build protein in our body's... as a healthy body makes its own proteins. Cow eat grass, to make dairy, and calves and never eat meat and when they have put animal products in their feed, ="Mad Cow Disease."
http://earthsorganicnews.blogspot.com/2010/08/sick-chick-sick-eggs.html

NOTE: MOST ALL CHURCH'S DO NOT PRACTICE THIS SECTION OF THE SCRIPTURES, NOR WAS IT PREACHED NOR TAUGHT, and this was not a commandment. Strangely enough, however, if it was a commandment, it would be disobedience to eat meat if not in a famine or winter if need be. Like in "The Word of Wisdom" that men changed from its original meanings and thus is confusing to the "laws of nature" if not taught correctly. All churches eat too much meat for good health. (see my blog earth's organic news for more.)

However, "SHOULD WE HAVE TO BE COMMANDED IN ALL THINGS?" If you want the blessings...as the four children example showed than do eat correctly!

VEGAN CORN-DOGS (TOFU)

When you wanta corn-dog you gotta have one. Morning Star brand of vegetarian food has some in the frozen section, when they're in but, read the package. Gobs of chemicals...They could do better I have made them from vegetarian hot dogs.
Always eat protein in a fiber balance. (choose fresh, frozen when possible. Grow a seasonal garden. Save the root vegetables for winter.)
Eat Organic or farmers fresh

Vegan Corn Dogs (grains)

Vegan Corn Dogs
We can't even begin to describe how good these vegan corn dogs are! All we can say is they are amazing! They're beyond amazing. They should be in a food group all their own. We're not kidding. Not even a little.
Peanut oil (for frying)
1 cup all purpose unbleached flour
1/2 cup corn meal
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 brick (or 4 ounces) silken tofu
1 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon agave nectar
8 Tofurky Kielbasa Gourmet Sausages (halved) Or other vegan hot dog of choice
16 wood sticks (disposable "fast-food" style chop sticks work great)
1/3 cup corn starch
Heat oil in a medium sauce pan over medium heat to 365° F. Oil should be at least 2-inches below the rim of the pan. If you don't have a kitchen thermometer, test the oil by carefully dropping a small amount of batter into the oil. It should begin bubbling almost immediately. If oil begins to smoke, it's too hot. If this happens, turn the heat down slightly. The oil should be hot, but not smoking. (this rule applies to all cooking oils).
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add the tofu, milk and agave and continue to whisk until well combined. There will be small lumps in the batter, this is okay.
Cut the sausages in half and skewer each one - cut side first using one chop stick. Roll each sausage in corn starch, and set aside. Depending on the size of your pan, roll each sausage in the batter one or two at a time, making sure to coat the entire 'dog'. Slowly submerge the dog into the oil, leaving the stick out. If necessary, turn the dog after about 2 minutes to submerge the opposite side for even cooking. The corndogs will be fully cooked within about 3 to 5 minutes. Once desired color is achieved, carefully remove to a wire rack, or atop a layer of paper towels to drain off the excess oil.
Don't worry if your corn dogs come out looking a little less than perfect. They're better that way! Not only does it not change the deliciousness of these dogs in the least, but that homemade-rustic look is totally awesome!
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Corn Dog Appetizers:

If it's an appetizer you're after simply cut each hot dog into quarters and follow the directions above.

Bone Meal, Ancient Remedy Come_Back

Paleo Diet: Use range fed bone meal or game you've hunted for the bone meal. Some bone meal is made for plants, others may have lead. This is suggestion for bone meal for our joints and many other ailment. It the best page I've fouind on this subject. Read the post: http://paleoleap.com/eat-this-bone-broth/

Conclusion

The old song – “Dem bones, dem bones, dry bones” – really got it all wrong. Bones aren’t dry at all; prepared properly, they’re one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat. And the price is right, too: think of how many bones we all throw out every week. Using those bones saves you a considerable amount of money, because it stretches a leg of lamb or a roasting chicken into not one, but two high-quality sources of protein and fat. All the gristly, unattractive odd bits get a new way to be useful, and you save significantly on the grocery bill: drink up!Broth soup

Salmonella Chicken Recalls

Salmonella chicken and no government controls, by using their strong lobbyist in Washington. They are poisoning our country and 29 states. This is a must video from PBS channel 7 Frontline; Lets see what they will do when we consumers don't eat their parasitical, anti biotic chickens
Image result for chicken plants oregon
Remember Chain restaurant's buy these chicken too. (Chicken burger i.e..) The Salmonella is worse in "chicken parts." This all started in Oregon. Jack in the box has bad meat also. I was appalled at the so called protectors of foods inspection etc.  Soak chicken in Vinegar, lemon or citrus i.e. will get rid of some Salmonella if not in the meat itself, Clorox, and hydrogen peroxide and rinse thoroughly. Get rid of all the fat where most of anti biotic is buried.

Why the sick should not eat pork

13 PROBLEMS WITH PORK

By JR Cofer

1) A pig is a real garbage gut. It will eat anything including urine, excrement, dirt, decaying animal flesh, maggots, or decaying vegetables. They will even eat the cancerous growths off other pigs or animals.

2) The meat and fat of a pig absorbs toxins like a sponge. Their meat can be 30 times more toxic than beef or venison.

3) When eating beef or venison, it takes 8 to 9 hours to digest the meat so what little toxins are in the meat are slowly put into our system and can be filtered by the liver. But when pork is eaten, it takes only 4 hours to digest the meat. We thus get a much higher level of toxins within a shorter time.

4) Unlike other mammals, a pig does not sweat or perspire. Perspiration is a means by which toxins are removed from the body. Since a pig does not sweat, the toxins remain within its body and in the meat.

5) Pigs and swine are so poisonous that you can hardly kill them with strychnine or other poisons.

6) Farmers will often pen up pigs within a rattlesnake nest because the pigs will eat the snakes, and if bitten they will not be harmed by the venom.

7) When a pig is butchered, worms and insects take to its flesh sooner and faster than to other animal's flesh. In a few days the swine flesh is full of worms.

Swine and pigs have over a dozen parasites within them, such as tapeworms, flukes, worms, and trichinae. There is no safe temperature at which pork can be cooked to ensure that all these parasites, their cysts, and eggs will be killed.

9) Pig meat has twice as much fat as beef. A 3 oz T bone steak contains 8.5 grams of fat; a 3 oz pork chop contains 18 grams of fat. A 3 oz beef rib has 11.1 grams of fat; a 3 oz pork spare rib has 23.2 grams of fat.

10) Cows have a complex digestive system, having four stomachs. It thus takes over 24 hours to digest their vegetarian diet causing its food to be purified of toxins. In contrast, the swine's one stomach takes only about 4 hours to digest its foul diet, turning its toxic food into flesh.

11) The swine carries about 30 diseases which can be easily passed to humans. This is why God commanded that we are not even to touch their carcase (Leviticus 11:8).

12) The trichinae worm of the swine is microscopically small, and once ingested can lodge itself in our intestines, muscles, spinal cord or the brain. This results in the disease trichinosis. The symptoms are sometimes lacking, but when present they are mistaken for other diseases, such as typhoid, arthritis, rheumatism, gastritis, MS, meningitis, gall bladder trouble, or acute alcoholism. Children should never eat Pork, elderly and the sick.

13) The pig is so poisonous and filthy, that nature had to prepare him a sewer line or canal running down each leg with an outlet in the bottom of the foot. Out of this hole oozes pus and filth his body cannot pass into its system fast enough. Some of this pus gets into the meat of the pig.

14) The herb used with serving pork is Clove...it kills some of its parasites.
Protein is hard on the kidney's. We eat entirely too much protein. Everything in the body hast to be converted to glucose for the body to utilized it turning it into energy. With animal proteins the body has to work extra hard with this conversion.
Frontline news had a show on anti biotic in animal showing that they had increased. The growth hormone made the animal big and fat, thus of course passing these traits onto us. They also increased MERSI and many other diseases.
E coli causes urinary track infections, kidney, bladder. The fertilizer from the animals are full of bad drugs that is spread on the soil we're are using for foods. The other culprit is some insulin's that use e coli as a extender (timer). These two way caused the kidney's to fail and e coli causes bladder, urinary track infection and kidney from meat infested anti biotic. We may in the near future have a new way of treating diabetes.

Remember how big the cow is: don't drink cows milk, go to goats, especially children.
The last injection beef gets is a growth hormone that is injected at the slaughter houses and for adding pounds to their cattle's (meat), This is passed on to you when you eat their meats and adds pounds to your frame.

The Second Word of Wisdom?

Section 89 THIS REVELATION WAS NOT GIVEN AS A COMMANDMENT; LATER the second word of wisdom was change to a commandment: CONTROLLING pioneers and now saints has changed it intent thus its meaning. ( Is coffee better than the soda's of today? How about antibiotic, chemically treated meat i.e. or GMO grains?; Saint need to be in charge of their health to be in control of their own health and body's at time when needed.)

Tea is a healthy drink antioxides, vitamins, mineral's just cool it off and can be medicinal as it has always been from the beginning. (No capsules' were invented in history)

This revelation given through Joseph Smith the Prophet, at Kirtland, Ohio, February 27, 1833. As a consequence of the early brethren using tobacco in their meetings, the Prophet was led to ponder upon the matter; consequently, he inquired of the Lord concerning it. This revelation, known as the Word of Wisdom, was the result. This is the second revelation which was changed from it original set to be a commandment.

1–9, The use of wine, strong drinks, tobacco, and hot drinks is proscribed; 10–17, Herbs, fruits, flesh, and grain are ordained for the use of man and of animals; 18–21, Obedience to gospel law, including the Word of Wisdom, brings temporal and spiritual blessings.
1 A Word of Wisdom, for the benefit of the council of high priests, assembled in Kirtland, and the church, and also the saints in Zion—
2 To be sent greeting; not by commandment or constraint, but by revelation and the word of wisdom, showing forth the order and will of God in the temporal salvation of all saints in the last days— LDS church has changed this part. What does Greeting mean? Not suppose to be a commandment? (This is temporal/ church makes it a spiritual meaning)
3 Given for a principle with promise, adapted to the capacity of the weak and the weakest of all saints, who are or can be called saints.
4 Behold, verily, thus saith the Lord unto you: In consequence of evils and designs which do and will exist in the hearts of conspiring men in the last days, I have warned you, and forewarn you, by giving unto you this word of wisdom by revelation—
5 That inasmuch as any man drinketh wine or strong drink among you, behold it is not good, neither meet in the sight of your Father, only in assembling yourselves together to offer up your sacraments before him.
6 And, behold, this should be wine, yea, pure wine of the grape of the vine, of your own make.
7 And, again, strong drinks are not for the belly, but for the washing of your bodies.
8 And again, tobacco is not for the body, neither for the belly, and is not good for man, but is an herb for bruises and all sick cattle, to be used with judgment and skill.
9 And again, hot drinks are not for the body or belly.
10 And again, verily I say unto you, all wholesome herbs God hath ordained for the constitution, nature, and use of man—
11 Every herb in the season thereof, and every fruit in the season thereof; all these to be used with prudence and thanksgiving.
 12 Yea, flesh also of beasts and of the fowls of the air, I, the Lord, have ordained for the use of man with thanksgiving; nevertheless they are to be used sparingly;
13 And it is pleasing unto me that they should not be used, only in times of winter, or of cold, or famine.
 14 All grain is ordained for the use of man and of beasts, to be the staff of life, not only for man but for the beasts of the field, and the fowls of heaven, and all wild animals that run or creep on the earth;
15 And these hath God made for the use of man only in times of famine and excess of hunger.
16 All grain is good for the food of man; as also the fruit of the vine; that which yieldeth fruit, whether in the ground or above the ground—
17 Nevertheless, wheat for man, and corn for the ox, and oats for the horse, and rye for the fowls and for swine, and for all beasts of the field, and barley for all useful animals, and for mild drinks, as also other grain.
 18 And all saints who remember to keep and do these sayings, walking in obedience to the commandments, shall receive health in their navel and marrow to their bones;
 19 And shall find wisdom and great treasures of knowledge, even hidden treasures;
20 And shall run and not be weary, and shall walk and not faint.
21 And I, the Lord, give unto them a promise, that the destroying angel shall pass by them, as the children of Israel, and not slay them. Amen.

Use the steitan recipe for ground hamburger (see: HOW TO MAKE HAMBURGER) if you can't get Bob's Red Mill Textured Vegetable Protein (that has 12 grams of protein, more then meat and 4 grams of fiber which meat doesn't have) or/and make your own. I double the steitan batch, made from scratch, then freeze the flavored hamburger for the recipe next time. Fresh lettuce, tomato and white almond cheese or white cheese then top with veg. sour cream.

Making Vegetarian Hamburger

Meat Substitute found in all grocery's. All vegan know how to use seitan in meals. Some just buy the non flavored box in health food stores and add flavorings. It's actually cheaper to make your own. It's nice if you have a bread maker to mix the flour and water to develop the gluten faster. ( Steitan_gluten (8) posts) http://shermsrecipes.blogspot.com/2011/12/vegetarian-tocos.html
Every one should know how to make TVP (or gluten/seitan.) This is a hand version of making this protein from flour. It can be started in a machine. Here is basic knowledge extracting the protein gluten by washing the whole-wheat flour because of the fibers of its bran etc. (other flours will work) then converting gluten to TVP meat substitute. You can make up a smaller amounts once you get the idea and will not even need a method recipe. By the way, you can find the subject on YouTube.
Different varieties of whole wheat have more gluten than others. Hard winter wheat generally has more gluten in it, yet not necessary. (No GMO) Please make sure it's organically grown and not genetically altered and so will it food value, more non allergenic, and taste better. The advantages of making it in your kitchen are your in control of leaving some fiber in, it so much tastier and a better product. Commercial gluten sold in Health Food sections of groceries and health food stores lacks the starch, minerals, vitamin bran and the wheat germ. Their are many methods of making seitan....and recipes. Check YouTube for more ideas to you likings.

FACTS: A cup of raw gluten has 72 g of protein compared to 8.9 grams in milk, 10 g in TVP, 6 g in one egg, 7 g. in one oz. Hamburger patty and in 1½ cups of cooked beans only has 7 g. You can see it’s well worth any effort to process.
12 cup of whole-wheat flour makes into 4 cups raw gluten. 4 cups raw gluten bakes into 9 cups ground gluten (299 g protein) and 9 cups ground gluten cooked is equivalent to 4 pounds of hamburger (325 g protein)
...............................................................
Hand Method
Mix in a bowl
3 cups cool water
7 cups whole-wheat flour
Note: you could use an electric; bread maker, bread mixer, beater to a point and then knead for about 5 minutes. i.e. Let rest in a ball for at least 15 minutes; in water for 15-30.
Extract (wash) the whole wheat starch, bran under water. When the water becomes less white...your through.
This method is the most satisfactory and very easy. You can do three times as much as the other methods, with very minimum loss of gluten. This hand method will yield 4-6 cups of raw gluten.
................
You’ll need:
Running water (cool) to wash away the starch, and bran. This washes the dough with water. You are separating the water-soluble starch from the gluten.
Colander (plastic or metal not a screen strainer to catch loose gluten and to allow some of the bran to go through.
Bowl to save the bran.
1. Cover dough with water in bowl in which you have mixed the gluten. Work dough with your hands to loosen it a bit keeping it together in a ball so you don’t loose it. (This is not necessary when gluten has been worked up with portable electric beaters.)
2. With the bowl or plate under the colander, place as much dough as you feel you can work with in the colander and hold under cool medium tap pressure.
3. Work dough with your hands until it becomes a tough (like bubble gum), elastic-like texture and the water from the gluten comes out fairly clear. You will see specks of bran. Don't expect to get it out completely. (At this stage faster speed with the tap water will take more out more bran if your not interest in saving any.)
Repeat this procedure until the gluten has developed and is out 4-5 washings.
BRAN: As the plate gets fills with ban, carefully pour of excess water. You will probably only need to pour off excess water 2-3 times.
Pour bran into container. Store it in refrigerator. It will keep in the raw stage at least one week. It can be dried too and put in compost.
Let the bran settle first then pour off the liquid. It may be necessary to have thick bran for recipes, so plan here.
Note: You can also save the starch water. When the water gets milky, thicker, and you can see bits of brown bran, pour liquid off into a bowl or jar. The properties of the starch water have nearly all the vitamins and starch from the wheat. Use this for thickenings, gravies, stews, soups, water for plants and even baths and lotions. Bran is cellulose, which means it is roughage. It aids in the muscular action of the digestive tract, thus producing normal elimination. Bran is a natural source of trace minerals and important in the balance of the body digestive system. It's high in phosphorus and potassium.
Cooking with Gluten:
This will make meatballs, patties, tacos, chili, sloppy Joe's, sausages, etc., in casseroles and deserts. More of this will be in the next entry.
And if you’re in a hurry, just buy the gluten flour in stores and do one of the gluten recipes. Instead of adding water to the gluten flour add broths and etc. to flavor.
2. Cooking methods for a ground meat texture
1. Place raw gluten on lightly oiled or greased cookie sheet (It will stick to pan.) Push from the center out and stretch on pan until gluten is fairly even. (Around 1/2'' thick)(Note: this process can be done on top of the stove boiling it in broths).
It will swell). For easier handling, let the raw gluten rest after it has been washed for about 5 minutes. Leave in some of the bran it has a better flavor and is denser.
2. Preheat oven at 350 and bake 15 minutes. By this time it will bubble up somewhat. Twist fork in bubbles and thick-raised areas so as to let out the steam. Cook thoroughly for another 15 minutes. Or until it springs back when you press it.
3. When there are no crisp areas, (and cooled) you can run it through a food chopper or meat grinder on the medium disk, or grate on any shredder (largest holes, or in food chopper, till the gluten takes on a ground meat texture. This can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. It thaws very quickly. To make meat (gluten) balls some may prefer gluten done on the larger disk.
The ground gluten is use in making: meatballs, patties, and sausages, in casseroles and in some desserts. It also can be an extender or stretch hamburgers etc.
Gluten Steaks, Roast and Strips A Cooking Method For Gluten Steaks
RE: Do the “gluten method” for making the gluten for this steak, roast and strips recipe.
Bake 1-2 cups raw gluten in a greased tin can such as (can stews cans) about 4" diameter or No. 2 1/2 size. This is important if you want a definite meat-like texture for these steaks. It's not necessary if you don't care for a more uniform look as seen below.
These definite steaks three factors are determine by:
1. +Gluten needs to be baked in large can (small cans let it raise too much, giving it a bread-like texture).
+ Gluten needs to be pounded out, but not washed out too much.
+Baked this at a low heat.
2. Place gluten slices in boiling broth. The liquid should just barely cover the gluten. Simmer 30 minutes to an hour. The broth should be almost gone. Press out as much liquid as possible either with spoon, through a strainer, or blot with paper towel. Place the gluten steaks on cookie sheet and in a 300-degree oven to dry out for about 30 minutes. After they have been in 15 minutes, turn them over. At this point, pound the steak with a meat tenderizer hammer (not so hard they fall apart) for cubed steaks if desired.
3. Dip steaks in beaten egg, evaporated milk (or just milk) or mono oil and "bread" in cracker, breadcrumbs, flour, or favorite shake and bake mix. (Flavor here) Then fry in mono oiled pan until browned on both sides and serve with gravy or sauce.
Ground Meat
2. Cooking methods for a ground meat texture
1. Place raw gluten on lightly oiled or greased cookie sheet (It will stick to pan.) Push from the center out and stretch on pan until gluten is fairly even. (around 1/2'' thick)
3. This can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. It thaws very quickly. To make meat (gluten) balls some may prefer gluten done on the larger disk.
The ground-up gluten, may need a grinder or food processor is use in making: meatballs, patties, and sausages, in casseroles and in some desserts. It also can be an extender or stretch hamburgers etc.
Chops
Roast Method No 2
First Do the “Gluten Method” (the directions is in this blog)
Then, covering the balls of raw gluten with the beef-flavored liquids to cover. Cover pan with lid and let simmer 8 hours. Be sure it doesn't run dry! This method develops a beef roast-like texture. This can be done on top of the stove or in a 250-oven overnight. This is best served by slicing thin and topping with gravy.
Cooking Methods For Gluten Cubes and Strips
Roll out raw gluten with rolling pin: 1/2" thick for cubes: 1/4" thick for strips. Cut into cubes or strips with scissors. Drop gluten pieces into boiling flavored sauce. This enables the gluten to absorb flavor and hold their shape. Simmer 30 minutes. They will be spongy so you will need to dry them out before serving. Press out liquid and place in 300 oven for 30 minutes or until firm and chewy.
Ideas:
*Place a heavy heat-resistant weight on top of gluten pieces or roast when boiling. The dough tends to float and will not absorb all the liquids evenly.
*Many good stocks are in the health food sections of grocery markets and health food stores.
*Giving gluten a beef flavor: For every 1-2 cups ground gluten add 1 TBS beef seasoning, or 10-15 beef broth cubes.
*Vegetarian Ideas: For every 2 cups liquid add 1 tsp. soy sauce, OR: 1 TB Worcestershire sauce, or 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet or i.e. and 1 tsp. raw mono oil such as olive oil. The water ratio is usually 1/2 and 1/2...
Or, For every 2 Cups ground gluten + 4 cups liquid: Add Schilling’s Beef Stew Mix & Mushroom 1/2 package, Lipton Onion Soup Mix 1 package. Schilling’s Beef Base 2 - 4 TBS, Bouillon Cubes 2 (powder them), Wyler's Chicken Soup Base 4 TB and Colgins' Hickory Liquid Smoke 4 oz. (it give a barbecue flavor) and there are many other flavors.

Cream Potatoes and Sausage

Saturday Breakfast, A simple treat for two, economical and a filling comfort meal.
1. 4 (eyeball the amount) tablespoons scrambled vegetarian link sausage or patty;s, (or others like, Jimmy Dean's pre-cooked hot sausage, in the frozen section) sausage
(Season the above with 1/2 tsp. sausage or poultry seasoning if needed.)
2. 2 heaping tbs. of flour (If not enough leavens add some margarine or butter to make a rue.)
3. 1/2 pint of milk, 1/2 cream or use soy milk i.e. for vegans
4. 2 boiled potatoes in skins (I cook them day before then peel.)
5. salt and pepper to taste
Scramble the sausage links, (My recipes are a transition toward not eating meat but if you do eat it sparingly. (This is only a "seasoning" bit of sausage.) Some vegetarian sausages need to be seasoned and others are plain needing some spices. If you don't have the veggie links which is a lot easier.
(I do like a pinch of Cayenne in this recipe.) (Someone, at Christmas, gave me some Jimmy Dean's hot ready cooked sausage.)
This recipe is how I slowly used it up. Sausage (pork meat), brings on swine flue, or influenza more in the winter, especially after the holidays with rich meat meals. They body doesn't eliminate as will as summer when we add veggies and fruit. They will in themselves have elimination properties.

In the same cast iron skillet add in the sausage until warmed then flour and brown a bit (called a rue or gravy with butter or margarine).
Add in skillet the half pint of 1/2& 1/2 cream or milk and blend.
Next add in the sliced pealed potatoes, (round), salt and use fresh pepper tastes the best.
Take off stove when thicken.
* If you want a short cut use cooked hash browns. Boiled potatoes don't have to be fried. I always have at least 3 boiled potatoes in the fridge at all times to make quick stacks for my left-overs or for breakfast instead of meat. Also, I have a bags of frozen brown rice ready in my freezer for the same reasoning.

WON TON SOUP

A long time ago, I got this recipe from weight watchers its slimming and has a very nice. My kids loved it. Don't over cook the won tons. I've done it several times as they will fall apart. The wrapper will give you direction on how to wrap and seal them with water. There's several ways to do so. Also check on google's "images" then, type in "won ton soup." They're pictures and many other soup recipes. I'm satisfied with this one. You could make this vegetarian if you used meat substitutes found in grocery's or use tofu. Make the soup up and freeze, and the frozen chopped spinach, then later add the fresh won ton chicken or pork later.
1 Package of Won Tons (20) 3x3 inch squares (read directions)
2 ounces of cooked ground pork or, (ground chicken add sausage seasoning)
1/4 cup chopped scallions (green onions)
2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce or soy if you don't have it.
1/2 teaspoon corn starch to thicken the broth (mix with the water first)
1/4 teaspoon ground fresh ginger
Chop all small enough to go into the won ton wrapper's easily. Save scallions and/or mushrooms for the broth.
...............
Soup
2 1/4 quart water (divide)
3 packets of instant chicken broth and seasoning mix, Or, organic chicken broth, or ("Better Than Bouillon" brand of turkey base follow direction on jar. Expensive, but goes a long ways and is more natural than the instant chicken broth, an excellent stock.)
1 cup shredded spinach
1/4 cup thinly sliced mushrooms (or, another veg. such as celery which always is a natural salt, i.e.)
Make the broth up with half the water then add the other half of the boiling water with chopped spinach, mushrooms to the water. Add the stuffed won tons last min or two and serve immediately.

NO MEAT EATING?

I love history, we truly can learn if we consider where we or others have been and why! Let's opening the Book of Daniel~ which settles old theorys to "The Protein Propaganda's" of Today's food philosophisers.

*6 Lets Consider "Paul":Often Paul's misunderstood when quoted to or “not eating meat." He was speaking to the new Christians era. They did not have to eat meat...or if they desired as many did that was OK ed too.
