WHOLE WHEAT PIE CRUST

Whole Wheat Pie Shell
1 ½ cups whole-wheat pastry flour
2 tbs granulated sugar
1/3-cup mono oil (SHORTENING WORKS BETTER)
3 tbs milk or, cream
In medium bowl combine flour, sugar, oil, milk; mix. (Mixture will be crumbly.)
Press onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate
