PEANUT BUTTER BALLS (no cook-candy)

2 cup powdered milk
1 cup honey
1 cup organic peanut butter
(sunflower, soy, almond nut butters)
Roll in same sized balls
Then roll in powder sugar
Variation is to dip these morsels into melted dark chocolate chips after being chilled for 30 minutes; then roll into chopped nut meat (use meat skewers to handle (or move) the balls about. Lay on wax paper or parchment. These freeze well. (Add a crunch by adding in some rice crispies. *
If too thin...add in some powder sugar or more powdered milk (protein maybe better.)
More Protein for diabetics: Add Velveeta Cheese i.e. to this recipe using mostly the powder sugar instead of all the powdered milk and honey, which slow down blood sugar peaks.
* DOG TREATS: Even my dog loves this treat, which I flatten out the balls then sneak in vitamins and garlic capsules in to worm him. Dogs love good food and treats too!
