MAKE SOY MAYONNAISE

1 cup water
2/3 cup of soy powdered milk
Onion or garlic power as spices (mustard etc.) optional
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
Blend water, soy powder and salt for about 30 seconds. Slowly add oil till it starts to thicken. Pour into bowl and add lemon juice . Stir till thick.
