Dr. eyes this week made some comment about the bad part of eating meat. Bob doesn’t say it’s grass fed or GMO meat any meat will do I disagree. Also chicken is not that great for you either. What he doesn’t tell you it’s all proteins changed in to the body is glucose. It takes a lot of hormones to do that. I knew that but I thought as he says just for a season until you lose the weight I’d be OK.
I am a diabetic and I have 3 feet of colon missing. Bob is not a diabetic he has no idea what he’s talking about when it comes to being a diabetic and he does not admit that anywhere he just goes on with these theories.

No I don’t agree with everything that Dr. oz says either makes money. Especially sneaked ridden with tcommercials. he thinks we’re too ignorant to know what he’s doing on our time when we’re trying to learn about healthier way of living.
Dr. Oz does not eat that much meat at all which I was surprised as some of the other people that were on the show.
What butter Bob has that is good is eating the “Lards/butter that has helped myself immensely to curb with appetite that’s what he has going for him and it is basic for Any weight reduction.What he not adding in that you’ll need is fiber (fiber pills if you want but once I got off the fiber my weight started going back up. )
You can eat beans and get gobs of fiber and other complex foods getting the necessary fiber it will take to get that meat down or any other stuff down. And it is a must.
Fruit fruit is like candy to a diabetic it needs to be done sparingly with food preferably protein foods. Such ass The being family and there’s a lot of it out there including pras.
I began to eat too much dairy, for a diabetic before you go to bed you need the protein in owhole milk right if you can get it Raw.)
Choose the fruit and vegetables that are nutrient and full of fiber.
Stay away from sodas and sugars just like he says. The only thing I really disagree with that is all that protein much of it can be a vegetarian protein with not a lot of carbs is best however protein shakes don’t waste your time and money. And if you do get them Be sure to add the fat in that shake like an avocado shake.
Addendum; I had a plateau on this diet I couldn’t get past the same way I’m not sure I really believe that he has a diabetic issue nor does he know that much about it although he’s very bright man. Experiences everything in life doesn’t have my experience and I don’t have yours. But we can respectfully disagree. Thanks to him I batted my fat to my diet and yes this lard I can’t take another coconut fat it makes me sick just to smell it if it’s cooking. So you see were all different.
Yes watch the brands get the best spreads the low-carb bread when you do need to eat bread it’s not out of this world on diets who are they trying to kid. But we do have to have a balance my mother a diabetic limit her bread to a sandwich today she was skinnier than me why mom was very disciplined I am not. I can lose more weight by adding on eating vegan vegetarian meals Per week and do better at weight loss. I consider this a fad diet not a balanced diet at all this is my blood in it this is my opinion With my experience.
