gallon or half-gallon i.e. jar of Pickled Eggs in the fridge? Use as
salad or appetizers (Yields 12 eggs)

Ingredients:
4 cups of ACV (good organic kind for
health reasons right?)
1 cup of water
1 tablespoons of whole peppercorns,
whole allspice
1 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
root or 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
2 tablespoons whole cloves
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg or mace
12 shelled organically grown hard boil
eggs
Combine first 8 ingredients in
saucepan; bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes and strain.
Pack eggs into hot sterilized jars;
pour hot liquid over eggs; seal jars.
Cool, then store in cool place. Use in
4-5 days.
