KAVA KAVA the HERB (brain)

The U.S.A. “NOW” brand of Kava (also called the “social plant”) is an example of bad herbal product. It’s another sample of a company that uses too many types of fillers diluting its effectiveness, organically grown, wild, nor, can you tell on the label if this Kava is regulated to the correct age to be at the peak of effectiveness. The loss of appetite will accrue naturally without being a stimulate; however their cautions are misleading saying, if you have an appetite loss discontinue? (Thus, presuming liver problems) You better believe these statements are contrived by FDA i.e. to stop this product. *read my other posts on Kava too. This is only a continuation.

Order from another country the GOOD KAVA; see YouTube i.e. for more instructions (8Nakamalathome (stone variety)? (*Panic attack, relaxed frame of mind) http://youtu.be/mnXyaVda5bE I discovered for bi-polar, and depression the cut root is too strong for me. I like the extract powdered root. The other relaxes me so much I'm sleepy, but nice at night. You obviously have to know how to use Kava...it does work but differently on everyone. For panic attacks, ADD or "OCD" i.e. the cut root is prob. better (stronger). I just wanted it for depression, so the extract seems to work for me. Order both and try it to see which on you prefer.

“The effects of "drinking" kava, in order of sensation, are slight tongue and lip numbing caused by the contraction of the blood vessels in these areas (the lips and skin surrounding may appear unusually pale); mildly talkative and euphoric behavior; calming, sense of well-being, clear thinking; and relaxed muscles. (Doesn't accrue in just the powdered extract capsule's) Sleep is often restful and there are no after- side effects the next day. In Vanuatu, drinking strong kava is normally followed by a hot meal or tea. Eating after kava often makes it "kick," causing the effects to be felt for a second or third time. A common bislama phrase to hear in a nakamal is "Kava i kik?" or "Do you feel the kava?" if good kava is used…

Kava Kava has great relaxation powers and is great for providing an overall sense of well-being. When combined with other herbal ingredients (like Dong Quai), Kava, Kava can also be great at regulating the female hormonal system. It has a naturally calming effect on the body which is why it is often used to treat anxiety, OCD and depression. It can also be great at regulating the female hormonal system and also, when combined with other ingredients it’s said to;
stimulate breast tissue growth.

Hawaii’s Kava is not aged correctly either; read the book Kava by Maggie Greenwood and Robinson PH.D. is paperback and probably on Amazon.

JUST WATCH THE FIRST PART, TENDS TO BE TOO LONG, BUT VERY EDUCATIONAL. I went through a lot of the videos and this one seems to be better than the social parties of he natives versions.
My other herb I use for mental depression and to heal the brain is Aswagandhia (love it); Chanca Piedra (mental clarity) and flaxseed oil (1,000 organic milligrams). (It's important to get rid of spokes "see iridology posts," shown at noon in the brain area, or if you see lesions.)

This herb will make you naturally high w/o side-effect and longevity and for depression;n http://www.natural-health-and-healing-4u.com/benefits-of-astragalus.html
