Cheezy Califlower Nuggets

I made these: They are an excellent tasting protein stack!!!
Ingredients
1 small head cauliflower (or, I use 1/2 pkg of GREEN GIANT'S, Cauliflower Crumbles for less money and easier. They have just pkg. of florets too)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Just blend your gluten bread in blender i.e.) (Some breads have to much sodium. adjustment when needed.)
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt.
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Veggie cheese?)
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
(2 Tbs coconut oil if needed for weight loss) optional

Original recipe makes 8 Servings
Ready in 45 minutes

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Stem and chop your cauliflower into florets. Cook or steam them until
they ’re just tender. Strain them from the water and squeeze out as much of their
liquid as humanly possible. You can also use bounty paper towels. Then, chop up
the florets. (not necessary to steam if you use the tiny "crumbles")
3. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. you may have to add some
more breadcrumbs if when cooked there is still liquid left and they are unmanageable. Form
them into nuggets by pressing them together as much as you can, and place them
on the baking sheet. (brown in oven)
Don't burn, let them cool and package them for snacks in fridge.

Please note that you can also cook them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

Not vegan but vegetarian
I added coconut oil in the batter, for weight loss
Do not over cook, and account for the salt in the crumbs of bread.

Weight and MSG & Blood Sugar Problems

If you'd like to be in more control of your weight/diabetes don't eat out as you will see as you read, and learn to read labels better. Or, take this fat pill;

MSG is the addition of one mono sodium molecule glutamic acid.  It is also an amino acid. When amino acids build up in the body, the liver in most cases is able to break them down. Some amino acids such as glutamic or glutamate and aspartic acid or aspartame can be much more difficult to flush out of the body.
MSG is used by researchers to make mice or rats obese for study purposes. This is call MSG Induced Obese Mice. MSG is one of those substances that everyone know is not good, most people think that MSG is a thing of the past and that it only appears in Chinese foods.  If you think that this is the case you would be extremely wrong.

Before we discover how it is used lets see the health problems; Fibromyalgia, obesity, fatty liver, high insulin and blood sugar, high choleresterol, liver toxicity, metabolic syndrome, high blood pressure, disturbance to stomach - brain connection, neurological and bran damage
Ginger
Ginger Root studies shows this root can reverse MSG; Now a study has actually proven that ginger can reverse the damage done by monosodium glutamate, or MSG, a known harmful excitotoxin.

I'm allergic to iodine in fish or any sea kind of food derived from the sea (+and they cover it up)

So what exactly is MSG? MSG or monosodium glutamate was used as a flavour enhancer and is extracted from seaweed. In the early 1900’s the Japanese perfected the extraction process making MSG commercially available everywhere.
History: https://youtu.be/txiVDY-prk4
In the 1970’s researchers discovered that MSG kills brain cells

While this happens naturally when ingesting protein-rich whole foods like grains, meats, dairy, and even vegetables, the glutamic acid is released in concert with many other amino acids, rather than in high concentrations on its own. As a result, unadulterated whole-food-based proteins do not cause a toxic MSG reaction in the body On the other hand, many processed foods – including organic health foods – contain processed proteins that harbor free glutamic acids.

    19. MSG is a extremely dangerous substance. Did you know it is now estimated that MSG is in 80% of processed foods. That is about 80% of you supermarket shelves. You need to read this story to get the full rundown and to know what to do. Click through now.: Food Msg, Gmo S, Fitness, Weight Loss, Lab Rats, Processed Foods, Coffee Shop, Gmos, Healthy Living

Glutamic acid found in unadulterated “whole food” protein does not cause adverse reactions. To cause adverse reactions, the glutamic acid must have been processed/manufactured or come from protein that has been fermented.
The following are ingredients suspected of containing or creating sufficient processed free glutamic acid to serve as MSG-reaction triggers in HIGHLY SENSITIVE people
    1.  Corn starch
    2. Corn syrup
    3. Modified food starch
    4. Lipolyzed butter fat
    5. Dextrose
    6. Rice syrup
    7. Brown rice syrup
    8. Milk powder
    9. Reduced fat milk (skim; 1%; 2%)
    10. Most things labeled “Low Fat” or “No Fat”
    11. Anything labeled “Enriched”
    12. Eat good healthy snack (watch the wax on zukes!)
Unfortunately, many protein powders contain processed free glutamic acid.

    13. By now, most of us are aware of the fact that MSG has two purposes: to give a food that has absolutely no flavor, flavor and to increase the shelf life of a useless product that ultimately will increase the profits of the highly reputable company using it. http://www.naturalnews.com/039109_MSG_hidden_ingredients_taste_enhancer.html: Protein Powders: Be Selective; Unfortunately, many protein powders contain forms of soy and whey protein, as listed above, that will always contain processed free glutamic acid. Since free glutamic acids are a product of processing proteins, it can be tricky to find a protein powder that does not potentially contain them. The key is the amount or concentration of these glutamates in each product, as well as gauging your own personal level of sensitivity and ability to break them down, that becomes the issue. Anything labeled “Vitamin Enriched” watch out (red lights)
    14. MORE THAN YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT MSG....scary (not to children and pregnant moms to be please!!!

Baking soda is great at stripping out old shampoos from your hair just add a bit to the shampoos. And, or if you want body add to you mousse and great for shine.
 :
BAKING SODA HAS BEEN USED FOR MANY HYGIENE PURPOSES, CANCER, AND OTHER REMEDIES.
Baking soda helps when you have acid reflex because it balances the pH in your body, but be careful not to abuse it . It depletes you of potassium; if ingested too much leg cramps can come on.

I have many of Doug's Koughman Books on Fungus. Which teach the best insightes to kill parasites on the market. I don't agree with all of his ways to his diet, but he is right on in killing fungus's out of the body. If you want to cure any disease you have to rid the body of parasites/fungus. Cancer is the body's build up toxic waste that parasite live on. The fungus is not the cancer.

The body needs to be in a good pH level also. If you have a food storage going load it with baking soda for so many ailments of healing and cleaning. I use it for everything as it is one of the best products.

Cancer Plant
A little-known plant with a truly bizarre name is now making headlines as a cancer killer, with the compound of the plant vanishing tumors in mice with pancreatic cancer. Known as the ‘thunder god vine’ or lei gong teng, the Chinese plant is actually integrated into Chinese medicine and has been used for ages in remedying a number of conditions including rheumatoid arthritis.
