I took this on and off for sometime but sometimes you don’t know what you have because you’re really not paying attention to what it is really doing. I find this a lot in on my journey for my curious if there is such a thing because you can always reverse.
I’m not recommending this particular brand necessarily I bought it on Amazon and it was very reasonable for the amount that I got.
I was used to taking only one but this directions said 2 i’m trying to get into video and I’m not doing a good job but if you don’t try it will never work for you.
Go to Amazon and check their responses. I trust what they say more than I do the corporation.
