Saw this on TV and decided to try it. I did change it a bit for vegetarian, taking out the ham.
7 Layer Pasta Salad
- 3 cups medium pasta shells, cooked, drained
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas or edamame, thawed, drained
- 6 oz. cooked ham, chopped or boil egg, (veg. frozen sausage), tofu, tempra i.e.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- Salt, favorite herbs and/or Pepper, to taste
Refrigerate for at least two hours or until chilled. Toss gently before serving.
