Older Cranberry Salad (no cook recipe)

CRANBERRY SALAD

First of all, for taste, buy good, fresh, organic cranberries and you not going to cook these gems which makes this salad most delicious and nutritious. I don't care for cranberry's but loved this salad. Their's a recipe for everything to make you like the fruit or veggie you don't care for. I always taste the mixture before adding extra sugar as you add it in. With the whip cream some will only need a cup if the crushed pineapple is sweet enough?
.................

Mix together ingredients:

1 l b fresh chopped cranberries (need food processor; pulse until fruit is coarsely chopped.)

1 ½ cups sugar
l block of mashed, room temp. cream cheese (?) if you'd like. or, just use whip cream.

Mix together and set it up over-night in the refrigerator.

Next:

Add to this cranberry sugar mixture;

8 oz. Cool whip or whipped cream

1 can drained crushed pineapple

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate over-night, its ready when cream cheese sets up if you added it in.
