Eat a protein balance out with fiber every meal and with at least 2 snacks. +(Water, fruit with veg or protein, all the veggies you want.) Oil is important and you will lost weight on the 4 foods every day (snack and meals.) Protein/fiber balanced out, that would include legumes i.e. which has both.
RE (water, oil, veggies or fruit with a protein, and the veggie can be the source of protein and in which is also counted as your fiber.)
*Protein can also turn on you if it is not balanced out with a fiber.
Blood sugars will level if you use the four plants meal with protein/fiber balanced. (no chemicals)
*Sprinkle "TRUE LEMON" package OR LIME, or over ice and munch on or drink in beverages to get all the liquid you'll need if, you eat a lot of protein which maybe hard on some kidney's. It's important to keep a pH balance. Too, much animal protein (acid) will sabotage this if not balanced correctly.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch kale, large stems removed, cut into 2 to 3-inch pieces
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300ºF.In a bowl, combine the spices and oil. Stir to dissolve.
Add the kale and toss to coat.
Spread leaves in a single layer on two baking sheets (you may need to do in batches).
Bake until the tips of leaves are slightly crispy, about 10 minutes.
Use a spatula to turn the leaves over, and continue to roast until the leaves are crisp and slightly golden, 8 to 10 minutes more.
Makes 4 servings. Kale is easily grown. If you plant it next to your house and just cut it back each the plants, it will grow backg prolifically and continually all the yr. around.
Addendum: I got the herb mix up...sorry. I did correct it above.
Other fiber ideas:
This combination takes the place of psyllium husk caps if your allergic to psyllium.
