VINEGAR WILL KILL MOST PARASITES and is now used in breads to preserve it from mold i.e.: The active ingredient in vinegar, acetic acid, can effectively kill mycobacteria, even highly drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis, an international team of researchers from Venezuela, France, and the US reports in mBio®, the online open-access journal of the American Society for Microbiology.
Acetic acid might be used as an inexpensive and non-toxic disinfectant against drug-resistant tuberculosis (TB) bacteria as well as other stubborn, disinfectant-resistant mycobacteria.

Work with drug-resistant tuberculosis bacteria carries serious biohazard risks. Chlorine bleach is often used to disinfect TB cultures and clinical samples, but bleach is toxic and corrosive. Other effective commercial disinfectants can be too expensive for TB labs in the resource-poor countries where the majority of TB occurs.
“Mycobacteria are known to cause tuberculosis and leprosy, but non-TB mycobacteria are common in the environment, even in tap water, and are resistant to commonly used disinfectants. When they contaminate the sites of surgery or cosmetic procedures, they cause serious infections. Innately resistant to most antibiotics, they require months of therapy and can leave deforming scars.” says Howard Takiff, senior author on the study and head of the Laboratory of Molecular Genetics at the Venezuelan Institute of Scientific Investigation (IVIC) in Caracas.
“Many cosmetic procedures are performed outside of hospital settings in developing countries, where effective disinfectants are not available.” Takiff says, “These bacteria are emerging pathogens. How do you get rid of them?”
While investigating the ability of non-TB mycobacteria to resist disinfectants and antibiotics, Takiff’s postdoctoral fellow, Claudia Cortesia stumbled upon vinegar’s ability to kill mycobacteria. Testing a drug that needed to be dissolved in acetic acid, Cortesia found that the control, with acetic acid alone, killed the mycobacteria she wanted to study.
“After Claudia’s initial observation, we tested for the minimal concentrations and exposure times that would kill different mycobacteria,” says Takiff. Since the Venezuelan lab does not work with clinical TB, collaborators Catherine Vilchèze and William Jacobs, Jr. at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York tested TB strains and found that exposure to a 6% solution of acetic acid for 30 minutes effectively kills tuberculosis, even strains resistant to almost all antibiotics.
Said another way, exposure to 6% acetic acid, just slightly more concentrated than supermarket vinegar, for 30 minutes, reduced the numbers of TB mycobacteria from around 100 million to undetectable levels.
During a sabbatical in Laurent Kremer’s laboratory at the University of Montpellier 2 in France, Takiff tested how effective acetic acid was against M. abscessus, one of the most resistant and pathogenic of the non-TB mycobacteria.
M. abscessus required exposure to a stronger 10% acetic acid solution for 30 minutes to be effectively eliminated. The team also tested the activity under biologically ‘dirty’ conditions similar to those encountered in clinical situations, by adding albumin protein and red blood cells to the acetic acid and found it was still effective.
“There is a real need for less toxic and less expensive disinfectants that can eliminate TB and non-TB mycobacteria, especially in resource-poor countries,” says Takiff. He notes that even a 25% solution of acetic acid is only a minor irritant and around US$100 can buy enough acetic acid to disinfect up to 20 liters of TB cultures or clinical samples.
“For now this is simply an interesting observation. Vinegar has been used for thousands of years as a common disinfectant and we merely extended studies from the early 20th century on acetic acid,” concludes Takiff. “Whether it could be useful in the clinic or mycobacteriology labs for sterilizing medical equipment or disinfecting cultures or clinical specimens remains to be determined.”

Dave Schrader interviewed Dr. Gregory A. Smith , who founded a medical group that focuses on integrative medicine for the treatment of chronic pain and prescription narcotic dependence and addiction. He discussed how powerful pharmaceutical corporations legally manufacture and distribute addictive and often deadly medications with the full authority of the US government.

Although the US citizenry constitutes only 5 percent of the global population, Smith revealed, Americans consume a whopping 80 percent of the world's hydrocodone, which is found in painkillers like Vicodin and Norco, as well as 50 percent of all the prescription drugs in the world.

According to Smith, this overwhelming reliance on medication is due to a deliberate shift in medical philosophy which has
focused on the treatment of symptoms rather than solving the root cause of ailments. Driving that agenda, he said, is the pharmaceutical industry, which reaps huge profits by ensuring that people continuously need medication. "Let's face it, sick people that don't die are great for business," he observed, "because they keep coming back every 30 days for a prescription," often for years or even decades over the course of their lifetime.

For the elderly, their SS, medical insurance are necessity's for hospital, and for that reason are often kept longer than necessary. Some take operations that are ignorant but great for profits. The elderly are easy targets and don't talk back. Don't go in the hospital on week-ends and at the end of the month if they need money, and stocks are down that month.

Additionally, he said, economic factors like taxes and regulations have forced doctors to treat more patients per hour than in previous years in order to simply keep their practices in business. As such, doctors who devote time trying to treat their patients' ailments often make far less money than their colleagues who merely prescribe drugs to combat symptoms. Since the FDA receives the majority of their funding from the pharmaceutical industry, Smith said, the government is unlikely to put a stop to this broken medical system and, therefore, the onus of protecting one's health falls on the individual. "The days are over where you can simply just blindly trust the doctor or the system to do what's right for you," he warned, "you have to ask questions."

In the end, Smith suggested that people ask their doctor if their are alternatives, specifically natural remedies, to drugs prescribed to them. Should they be dissuaded from such approach, "it's time to look for a new doctor." Ultimately, people need to take a more proactive and informed approach to their own health care.
Now find a doctor who is not threaten by alternatives herbals i.e. or, one who actually know anything about them at all in USA. Brazilian doctors are taught in their medical school's of alternatives medications.
One, of my gifts is reading the iris. Much destruction come from drugs (and all chemicals are a form) and shows where they lodge and destroy tissues becoming a toxin to regaining health. My advice as an herbalist, find an alternative to the drug.

In a normal iris the white acid stomach is its abnormal (pH level) This circle is not normally show if it's a normal pH, only when its chronic and in this case a major problem
Note: the 7th zone has rosary beads (showing the blood its affecting). This too is not shown if it's not chronic. Now you know their main problems and where it's starting from; and, it's a younger body so the tan (drug) problem will get worse, change by getting darker as shown below. Kids who take drugs with a weaker constitution as this iris is showing is destroying their future. I could tell you more on this iris, but won't.
I don't know what this man is peddling, nor why, but, some are beginning to and teach others in a book, radio show or etc.

 Blow this up: This body has a stronger constitution, meaning it has a tighter weave/texture. That's why they may endure  toxins a bit better than the iris above with the loose weave. However, it too, had or had a drug problem that has enter not only the stomach area but, (the 6 zone) colon (the yellow is mucus and the green indicates cancer. Now you can see how it all works when we use drugs as this body is  going to be destroyed with cancer maybe? (its all up to your eating habits and plants not drugs. Garlic Kills Brain Cancer Cells Without Side Effects

Cancer cells have a high metabolism and require much energy for rapid growth. Researchers reported in the Journal Cancer that that garlic compounds produced reactive oxygen species in brain cancer cells, essentially gorging them to death with activation of multiple death cascades and blocking pathways the proliferation of brain tumors. (Did you know you need more oxygen for all brain illnesses?)        
Garlic is probably nature's most potent food.
          Washington State University previously showed that garlic is 100 times more effective than two popular antibiotics at fighting disease causing bacteria commonly responsible for foodborne illness. (I use to buy the garlic oil, prick the end and drop some of the oil in ears (earache) and the back of the babies throat if they had the flu with excellent results!)

Glioblastoma is the most common and most aggressive malignant primary brain tumor in humans, involving glial cells and accounting for 52% of all functional tissue brain tumor cases and 20% of all intracranial tumors.

Treatment typically involves chemotherapy and radiation which unfortunately kills brain cells indiscriminately and offers a median survival rate of 15 months.

More than 90% of chemotherapy patients also die within 10-15 years after treatment. For the first time, organo-sulfur compounds found in garlic have been identified as effective against glioblastoma, and may soon offer effective non-invasive forms of cancer therapy without the deadly side effects associated with chemotherapy. (I used it to replace penicillin or sulfa drugs and onion syrup.)

Swapan Ray, Ph.D.(MUSC Neurosciences/Neurology associate professor), Naren Banik, Ph.D. (MUSC Neurosciences/Neurology professor), and Arabinda Das, Ph.D. (MUSC Neurosciences/Neurology post-doctoral fellow) studied three pure organo-sulfur compounds (DAS, DADS, and DATS) from garlic and the interaction with human glioblastoma cells.

The sulphone hydroxyl ions in garlic can actually penetrate the blood-brain barrier.(

All three compounds demonstrated efficacy in eradicating brain cancer cells, but DATS proved to be the most effective. The study was published in American Cancer Society's journal, Cancer.

"This research highlights the great promise of plant-originated compounds as natural medicine for controlling the malignant growth of human brain tumor cells," Ray said.

Ray and Banik are optimistic about the possible applications of their discovery to patient care.

"Our basic studies will eventually be translated to clinics for patient care. We may have to wait several years before its application to humans, but the significance of this discovery is enormous," Banik said. "The benefits from this research to brain cancer patients will bring great satisfaction to researchers and clinicians who are trying to find a successful treatment for this devastating cancer."

A breakdown of allicin appears to be necessary for achieving maximum tumor inhibition. Allyl sulfur compounds preferentially suppress neoplastic over non-neoplastic cells (Sakamoto, Lawson, and Milner 1997).

Garlic-derived organo-sulfur compounds are small molecules that would not necessarily require complicated methods of delivery for treating brain tumor patients, the scientists said, and their natural origin would be significantly better for the human body than synthetic treatment options.

To take advantage of any potential anti-cancer benefits from garlic now, certain rules apply. Ray said to cut and peel a piece of fresh garlic and let it sit for fifteen minutes before eating it. This time allows for the release of an enzyme (allinase) that produces the anti-cancer compounds. Be consecutive as you would a anti biotic.

Big roast (Vegen) PLANT BASED FOODS

I've done this kind of thing before; recipes for seitan but, they are not very popular. Vegan is coming in and I do not believe it will disappear for a change. We're all ready for eating less meat.  I put this guys blog on here for you to go to his site. He has some good ideas but his vocab is a bit rough for some. I use to make my own gluten  from scratch and from wheat (organically grown) because it tastes better if you leave in some of its brand.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1.5 c. vital wheat gluten
  • 1/4 c. nutritional yeast (this is for salt)
  • 1 . salt
  • 2 t. paprika
  • 1/4 t. cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. cumin
  • 1-2 t. pepper
  • 1/8 t. cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 t. allspice (I skipped this)
  • 3/4 c. cold water
  • 4 T. tomato paste
  • 1 T. ketchup
  • 2 T. olive oil (I used canola because I was out of olive oil)
  • 2 T. vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (or organical soy sauce--I used soy because I had no Worcestershire)
  • 1-3 cloves garlic, crushed well (I just sprinkled in garlic powder to taste)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 325°.

In a large mixing bowl mix dry ingredients. Mix the rest of the ingredients (liquid ingredients) in a smaller mixing bowl. Whisk well until mixed.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well, then knead for several minutes.

Form into a log (6-8" long), wrap tightly in sprayed foil, twisting ends. Bake for 90 minutes. When done baking, unwrap and leave out to cool all the way. Then wrap it foil or plastic and refrigerate. Slice to use as desired.
