FOODS THAT WILL KILL AND KEEP PARASITES AWAY

All organic foods remove parasites in your body, however here are some powerful ones to consider.

The ideal environment for parasites to live and grow in our bodies is promoted by diets that include refined carbohydrates (sugar), raw fish (sushi), undercooked meat, specifically pork, that need to be cooked thoroughly not just hung and smoked at a low temperature. Lets remember the animals, horses, cattle, sheep, goat, fowl (and, etc.) eat nothing but veggie/grains but worming is still needed. If they eat animal by-product its even worse. Its what caused mad cow/pig disease . Is it pass onto humans as Parkinson as its given name? Humans are given new names for insurance purposes linked wall street, drug and Pharmacology. Even inadequately washed fruit and vegetables and/or GMO grains are one of the worse carriers.

Parasites can cause health problems such as bloating, cramps, diarrhea, allergies, anal itching, anemia, low immune system, mucus or blood in stools and even affect your mood with anxiety or depression. Picking these up are easier than you think by restaurants with poor hygiene, holidays, travel abroad, not good handling of food, impure water, insect/flies, rodents i.e. pets, animals and man. All disease components has a parasite base. Get rid of the parasite, then the disease will be cured if not eaten into important organs and destroyed.

Here are some of the most common parasites that could be infesting you:
Giardia intestinalis (or lamblia)
Cryptosporidium parvum
Enteromoeba Coli
Entomoeba histolyca
Dientomeba fragilis
Blastocystishominis
Endolimaxnana
I've written many posts about specific herbals to rid parasites. However, this time I will list of 10 foods that can help keep them at bay. All plants with the organic live whole seeds will kill parasites.

Youll be able to see why adding more organic plants foods in your diet is most beneficiary to get rid of parasites naturally and at bay all the time, for this is never ending till we do.

 1. Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds (organic is best; however, all seeds kill parasites)
For the freshest pumpkin seeds, remove the seeds from your pumpkin and expose them to air for a few days to dry them out and eat them raw first thing each morning. Or if you like you can then bake them at 150c for 30 minutes with your favorite cold pressed oils and sea or mineral salt or seasonings such as cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg and add them to baking muffins i.e. Seeds make a crunchy addition to cereals, porridge or salads.

For a morning tonic, grind the seeds along with watermelon seeds into a powder and take with aloe Vera juice on an empty stomach each morning. For a delicious salad dressing; grind seeds with fresh garlic, parsley and coriander leaves. Mix with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. * Watermelon seed is great for the kidneys. I stop buying DAVIDS brand of sunflower and pumpkin sees because they have no meat in most of their small seeds¦ That because they are GMO and, too small to fool with and too salty. They just don't taste as good as a organic sources.

2. Coconuts: ( A seed because it can re produces itself. If seeds are not bake i.e. all nuts are a good anti fungal.) Coconuts provide the fatty acid, lauric acid. The only other plentiful source of this is from lactating women; breast milk. When ingested, lauric acid is then converted to monolaurin and kills or inactivates protozoa, including several species of ringworm and Giardia lamblia. For tapeworms it is suggested to drink the juice, 'same properties as blood.' Eat the raw flesh of one fresh coconut first thing each morning then fast for 4 hours. Use the oil especially for brain problems.

3. Pomegranates: This fruit has a sweet and sour flavor and can be used as a remedy for destroying worms in the intestinal tract. When in season, eat 1-3 per day. Introduce it into your children's diet; when they are hungry is best.

4. Papaya: This fruit has a strong capacity to destroy worms, including most intestinal worms and tapeworm. To enhance their anti-worm powers remove the skin and soak in apple cider vinegar for one day. Then eat eight ounces of this pickled papaya and drink 2 ounces of the vinegar solution for 4 days. As a preventative while traveling, eat a spoonful of papaya seeds once a day on an empty stomach. If you already have parasites, eat the organically grown seeds for one week, then wait a week and repeat. It is important to chew the seeds thoroughly. If you don't find them palatable you may blend them into smoothies or, other drinks i.e.

5. Garlic: If you (and your partner) can tolerate it, eat a garlic bud first thing every morning. Chopping of crushing fresh garlic converts the photochemical alliin to allicin, to which many of garlic' s health benefits are attributed. sulfa has been the substitute for penicillin.
For a tasty garlic hummus, puree 2 cloves of fresh garlic, 350 grams canned chickpeas, 2 tablespoons Tahiti, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Garlic is a great addition to fresh vegetable juices; remove the garlic clove from the bulb and wrap in parsley so that the chlorophyll can bind some of the strong odor and juice it before the other vegetables. Garlic oil in children's ears and or nose and will stop a runny nose and earache. Always have a strong capsule on hand, prick the end of the caps; squeeze out the oil into the affected cavities, (mouth-ear.)

6. Horseradish: Horseradish is effective against food borne illness and is effective against some worms. It is member of the cabbage family and is an ancient herb native to Eastern Europe. The Egyptians and early Greeks were quick to value its medicinal qualities. When horseradish is cut, the powerful antibacterial ingredient allylisothiocyanate is released. Always grate fresh horseradish in a room with an open window to avoid the stringent fumes burning your eyes and nose. A spoonful of fresh horseradish in soup adds a surprisingly mild but delicious flavor. A sweet tangy sauce for fish or prawns mix grated horseradish with Dijon mustard and marmalade.

7. Thyme: Thymus is a Greek name for "courage'' but also had the meaning '"to fumigate'', which may be more appropriate in relation to its ability to cleanse the system of worms. Regularly eat the sprigs of thyme and drink half a cup of thyme tea each morning and evening. For a dressing or marinade add fresh garlic and thyme to extra virgin olive oil and leave for 1 week. This herb is easily grown indoors and gives a wonderful fragrance to the room. (Flu)

8. Cayenne Pepper: Cayenne is a spice, closely related to the sweet red and chili pepper, and widely used in Mexican and East Asian cuisines. Also known as Capsicum, its botanical name is derived from a Greek word meaning "to bite". It certainly does add a kick when used as a condiment with food. Start with small amounts before increasing quantities and it will help to repel parasites. Learn to introduce this powerful herb gradually to the family. I've noted the Mexican's (parasites-using iridology) don't have the spokes as American's do in their iris!) It's the peppers they ingest each meal in their culture.

9. Bitter Melon: Bitter melon looks like an ugly cucumber. It is one of the most popular vegetables in Asia but an acquired taste for most westerners. In Chinese medicine, bitter foods drain "damp'' conditions such candida overgrowth and parasites. If you haven't managed to acquire the taste but still want to benefit from the medicinal effect, take a 60 ml shot of the juice. Used as a diabetic remedy because diabetes is the basic problem.

10. Green Onion's like garlic, and other onions release the enzyme alliinase when it is cut or crushed. A tip for preparing onions and avoiding the "crying factor'' caused by the sulfur compounds of onions is to refrigerate the onions for an hour before cutting and use a very sharp knife.
*For an anti-parasitic tonic, juice the white part of green onions and add 2 teaspoons of sesame seed oil. Take twice a day on an empty stomach for 3 days. (Seed = parasites)

Importance of Intestinal Cleansing to Purge Parasites
Now do bear in mind that it may not be enough to simply incorporate the above foods into your daily nibbles, drinks and marinades, if you truly want to rid yourself of a parasitic life. It is essential to start with a course of colonic irrigation using the following specific herbs in an implant; black walnut, wormwood and cloves. It is very important that these three herbs must be used in combination in order to kill off the full life cycle of parasites. Black walnut hull and wormwood kill the adults and developmental stages of at least 100 parasites and the cloves kill the eggs.

Following anti parasite colonic irrigation sessions to deep cleanse the colon and kill parasites, adding these 10 recommended foods to a diet high in fresh raw green vegetables, will help to create an alkaline environment with a strong immunity against parasites and worms, helping to keep you debugged!
I cannot list all the other foods (plants) in one that can also kill parasites as these ten. Do more research. Note all organic plants kill some parasites, especially seeds. We should stop the eating of anything that doesn't have it's own seed and was GMO...removed. These foods are not healthy and are now garbage.
