What is the packaged mixed nuts convenient and easy wade out for a nice snack on the go or on the plane etc. it was five dollars no peanuts but it excellent source of proteins minerals and vitamins.
Then I decided to do the other variety which cost eight dollars and again no peanuts because I think you’re a waste of time in these packages. I can buy peanut butter.
They were eight dollars you probably got twice as much but I put them in snack bags because the other gave me an idea to do so. However I really didn’t like this Friday because I’m not a big fan of almonds (the first ingredient is almonds) So I decided to go back to my five dollar one which is equivalent to the latter. If you take out all those almonds they’re both good and valuable for diabetes or high blood sugars especially as it builds up in the afternoon that’s why everybody has to eat or snack because high blood sugars make you 😋
