"Dangerous Truth About Protein" - J. Stanger, Ph.D.

Did you know their are 2 million different proteins in your body? So let your own body do the math and eat whole plant foods. What the body can't store goes to fat and is absorbed as toxic wastes and the body will not work as effectively. This lady is very good. It's why we have so many liver and kidney transplants as animal protein and processed proteins is too toxin and hard on these organs. Balance out the protein's, fibrous food in a meal and you will have real change in your health.

Bef and after a vegetarian diet change

Animal proteins are not burned, and are stored and work overtime on your organs. How much each of us needs depends on our body mass and height.
Too much protein even vegetable sources or (plant) can clog up the body and make it difficult for eliminations to any toxins. In fact they become the toxin. They FDA has too much protein, and besides that what do they know. They've made everybody fat. Too much protein will turn to fat, as it is hard on the kidneys and liver. Blood sugars will be more difficult to stabilize.  Balance all food groups no exceptions.
