This peanut butter frosting's great on chocolate cupcakes.1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
5 tablespoons organic butter (margarine for vegetarians) or, sour cream
Mix; top with chopped peanuts, crushed chocolate chips, careful not to add any corn syrup candies.
