TROPICAL SALSA

(Nutritional recipe) Great for parties and holidays
1 chopped whole ripe pineapple
1 chopped mango
2 chopped kiwis
¼ minced jalapeno pepper (more to taste)
1 chopped red pepper
½ bunch chopped cilantro leaves
2 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and cover I fridge for several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Taste again and adjust seasonings. Serve on chip or with chicken or fish
