Small Batch of Fresh Salsa

Small Batch of Fresh Salsa
It so good for you and we all need the extra emzymes fresh salsa has to offer. Its one of the best ways to get fruits and fresh vegetables including herbs down your family. Use it a lot and notice a difference in health. I like to do a small batch of my style of salsa. Most of this is one or to taste and/or to color. Make it hot tooo.
6 chopped tomatoes
1 garlic
chiles (to your taste)
onion (to your taste)
green sweet pepper or other (eyeball the color and taste)
1/8 cup cilantro_parsley (Cilantro removes metals from body)
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper (dash)
1 tsp. Braggs vinegar (more if your going to keep it longer)
Peel tomatoes in boiling water till they just start to crack. (Forget this step if in a hurry.) Add in Jalapenos, lime juice, corn, or even black beans and a bit sweet add in a sweet chopped tropical fruit to taste. It'll be fresh and cheaper, healthier and they way you like.
