Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies1 ½ cups peanut butter
¾ cups of butter or margarine
¾ cup shortening
3 ¾ cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
3 cups whole wheat flour (For better taste in this cookie use Oat flour)
1 ½ tsp salt
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix together peanut butter, butter, shortening, and sugar till creamy, Add in eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add in flour, baking powder and salt to the creamed mixture, blending well. Stir in oats.
Drop cookies onto uncreased cookie sheet. Bake about 14 or less minutes at 350. Make about 12 dozen.
